Jaden Hossler and Nessa Barrett are no longer together! It has been officially confirmed now.
On Monday, May 2, 2022, the now-former couple took to the stories of their respective Instagram handles to share a joint statement and announce their breakup.
Their joint statement started with, “Last month we broke up to take time to focus on our own careers and mental health.” They then urged their fans not to spread hate or make any baseless assumptions behind their split.
“We would like to heal privately and hope you call can respect that. We love you all so much,” their statement concluded.
When the Instagram handle of TikTok Insiders shared the news, several users had to say many things, including some cheating comments and some comments related to their former relationships.

For instance, one Instagram user took a dig at the former couple who had inked matching tattoos. They satirically wrote, “those matching tattoos looking real nice.”
“Mads laughing rn,” wrote another, referring to Mads Lewis, who was in a relationship with Hossler.
Furthermore, one user wrote, “I still believe that Jaden cheated and Nessa is just covering for him like she did with Josh.”
The news of Hossler and Barrett’s split comes just sometime after fans saw that the two were no longer following each other on Instagram. And while Hossler did follow back Barrett on the platform, Barrett didn’t.
At the time of Hossler refollowing his now-former girlfriend, he had shared something via his Instagram story. He wrote, “Just so everyone is clear, I didn’t unfollow anyone. I definitely don’t handle things online. Life isn’t what it seems. Sad to see things roll out like they are but don’t want this.”

Sometime later, on April 29, 2022, Barrett clarified via a now-deleted Instagram story that she didn’t unfollow her now-former boyfriend just for a PR stunt for her upcoming album – which wouldn’t even come out in months.
Additionally, while all of that was raising split speculation between the two fans, a cheating rumor arose, which further fueled those break-up speculations.
It was said that Hossler had cheated on Barrett with an Instagram user named Kassidi Foy after Foy shared a picture on her Instagram story. The said picture was of an autograph that Hossler had signed over a girl’s chest.
And while Foy later clarified in another Instagram story that the picture wasn’t hers, the cheating speculations remained there.
As of now, those cheating rumors are yet to be proven. But, for now, it has been confirmed that Hossler and Barrett are no longer together, and they split around a month ago – sometime around early April 2022.
