Singer Charlie Lenehan Welcomes Baby Girl With Girlfriend — All You Need To Know

Charlie Lenehan is one happy father!
The pop singer recently welcomed a baby girl with his girlfriend and celebrated the birth of his daughter on Instagram.
On July 1, 2022, he posted a picture of himself cradling his daughter in his arms. Via captions, he revealed that he and his girlfriend welcomed their baby on June 29, 2022, at 15:32.
They named their daughter Delilah, and the singer gushed about how much his world had changed with the birth of his daughter.

“At 15:32 on the 29th of June we welcomed our beautiful daughter Delilah d’or to the world,” he wrote. He then continued, “I can’t explain my feelings right now… I’ve never felt a feeling close to this. My whole world has changed & everything is for you now.”
He ended his caption with a sweet note to his newborn daughter, “welcome home princess.”
After that, Lenehan uploaded another post dedicated to his baby. This time, it was a video with Justin Bieber’s ‘Attention’ playing in the background.
The video clip showed him swaddling his newborn daughter with a pink baby blanket. After wrapping Delilah, the singer kissed her on her forehead.
Once again, Lenehan penned a caption dedicated to his baby girl. He poured his feelings about how he would always be there to protect his daughter, be it in this lifetime or another.
He wrote, “Ima protect you for a thousand lifetimes…in this life & the next. Through storms & rain I’ll be your sunshine & you’ll be mine. Together forever & more,” and ended it with a purple heart.
Lenehan announced that he and his girlfriend were expecting a baby in late December 2021. He uploaded a photo of the ultrasound and penned a long caption.
He wrote how he had always wanted to be a father, something the singer never had when he was a baby. And now, his dream was finally coming true.
He admitted that he was nervous and scared. But at the same time, he was grateful, excited, and happy that he and his girlfriend would soon be a family of three.
He also confessed that he was not ready for this next step in his life. He wrote, “Am I ready? Probably not…But then will I ever be?”
“How can you be ready to tackle and face life’s biggest blessing. Being able to create a life and raise it your own, thats something you can’t comprehend and prepare for,” he continued.
He ended his caption, thanking his fans and followers and his family, friends, and team for being supportive of him.
After that, on May 2, 2022, he posted a photo of himself cradling his girlfriend’s belly and kissing her on Instagram. In the caption, he wrote, “Mummy & daddy are getting impatient now…I can’t wait to meet you.”
This is the only time Lenehan revealed his partner’s face but, to date, has not revealed her identity.
Then, on May 14, 2022, the pop singer penned a letter to his daughter. He uploaded two photos — one was of his girlfriend’s baby bump, and another was a letter to his daughter.
There, he promised to give everything to his baby, including the world. He wrote he would never break the promise and said he loved her “more than you could ever imagine.”

His wife, Nathalie, confirmed the news of his death at the age of 40 as she wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter). Her message read, “Two days ago, on June 8th, my husband, Ben Potter, passed away in an unfortunate accident.”
“To many of you, he was Comicstorian, voicing stories from across multiple different mediums. To his loved ones, he was one of the best and most supportive individuals anyone could ask for. As a husband, a son, a brother, a friend, or even just a stranger, Ben was loving and genuine. He was someone who would listen and make time for his loved ones. He would do his best to make everyone laugh and make sure they were okay. He was our rock and he’d reassure his loved ones whenever they needed it.”
She further added, “He was my world and I need time to be with friends and family. I have so many things I need to figure out but firstly, I need to grieve. I ask that you respect my privacy as well as everyone else’s. Right now my priority is preserving everything he’s built and I don’t have any plans beyond that.”
On YouTube, Potter mostly created audio dramas of comic books on his Comicstorian account, regularly discussing the Marvel and DC Universes. He shared his last upload, titled “Why DC’s Reboots Beat Marvel,” just a day before his death.
