It’s all over for Tom Schwartz, and his girlfriend turned wife, Katie Maloney (Katie Maloney-Schwartz).

The Vanderpump Rules stars have announced their break up after 12 years of togetherness. Both of them took to their respective Instagram handles on Tuesday night, March 15, 2022.

Schwartz had shared ten photos, out of which 3 contained his statement on the split and the remaining ones were photos and videos of his time with Maloney. “Well, this sucks. How am I supposed to capture 12 years of love in a [expletive] canned Instagram caption,” Schwartz began.

“What picture am I supposed to use? Is there a go-to break up font? Wanted to clear the air on some rumors floating around. Katie & I are separating. I’m not quite ready to use the “D” word bc it’s too painful. Yes my heart aches but I’ll be ok.”

He continued, “Not looking to evoke any sympathy here. I’m not the victim. Not gonna write too sad a song. Fully respect Katie’s decision and we’ve had healthy, productive conversations about it. It would be far sadder if she decided to stay with me whilst not happy.”

In the second panel, he then mentioned that it feels a “little tone def” to ask for privacy as the now-former couple has been on a reality TV show for around nine years. So instead, he asked for the people to be kind.

“I don’t fault you for any snap judgment. If I was watching us on VPR for the last nine years, I’d be making them too. Perception gets skewed bc of seeing snippets of our lives on the show.”

Schwartz then added that he and Maloney had some of the most romantic, blissful, and fun times “humanly possible” while they were together, which he described as “heaven on earth level” of joy. “She taught me so much about love & being a better partner.”

“Another failed marriage. I don’t look at it as a failure. As sad as I am, still happy to say there’s no anger or bitterness. Zero. Still so much love for you Katie. And your family,” he further added.

In the end, he mentioned that he would be fine and said I love you for the last time to Maloney. Furthermore, Schwartz wrote that Maloney will always and forever be in his heart.

As for Maloney, she made a separate announcement around the same time Schwartz did. Accompanying one panel of her statement was two pictures of her and her now-former husband.

She started with: “I never thought I would have to make an announcement like this. But I feel it’s important that I’m open about my life with you. After 12 years on an adventure through life together Tom and I are ending our marriage.”

“This ending is not met with resentment or animosity, no sides to choose. We have deep admiration for one another that will always remain and we cherish our friendship. Although we may be on different paths we will continue to love and support one another’s happiness.”

Maloney concluded her short statement by thanking her well-wishers for their kind words and support.

The married couple first sparked split rumors on March 10, 2022, when some fans noticed Maloney wasn’t wearing her wedding ring. One user had even commented, “Left hand perfectly positioned to show us no ring.”

In addition, People reported that another social media post had caught the attention of the former couple’s fans. Maloney had reportedly shared a quote from Kim Kardashian’s Vogue cover story – the quote was from the part that featured Kardashian’s divorce from Kanye West.

Kardashian had said that she decided to make herself happy in the last two years, which felt good even if that created some changes and led to her divorce from West. The last line of the quote read, “I’ve chosen myself. I think it’s okay to choose you.”

Several people thought that Maloney was hinting at her possible split with Schwartz. Those speculations were further fueled when she wasn’t seen with her wedding ring. And now, it has been officially confirmed that the married couple is no longer together.

Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney’s relationship started when they officially began dating in September 2010. After years of togetherness, they decided to share the wedding vows in front of Bravo cameras in a woodsy ceremony in August 2016.

However, their wedding of that time wasn’t an official one as they were yet to file paperwork. They did that almost three years later, in July 2019, when they went to Las Vegas with their close friends made their marriage official.

Sia Reveals She Is Diagnosed With Autism Spectrum Disorder

Sia recently revealed that she is on the autism spectrum.

According to CDC, Autism Spectrum Disorder, or ASD, is a developmental impairment caused by brain differences. ASD patients frequently struggle with social communication and engagement, as well as confined or repetitive habits or hobbies.

Sia revealed the news to her fans and follower during Rob Has a Podcast (via People). She said, “I’m on the spectrum, and I’m in recovery and whatever — there’s a lot of things.”

Here is everything we know about it.

Sia on her autism spectrum disorder

This is the first time the singer opened up about her disorder. She revealed that after the diagnosis, she felt like like herself.

She said, “For 45 years, I was like … ‘I’ve got to go put my human suit on.’ And only in the last two years have I become fully, fully myself.”

After Sia revealed her autism spectrum, she talked about how she had been feeling for the past couple of years. She said, “Nobody can ever know and love you when you’re filled with secrets and … living in shame.”

She talked about feeling seen for the first time in her life and feeling like a human.

“And when we finally sit in a room full of strangers and tell them our deepest, darkest, most shameful secrets, and everybody laughs along with us, and we don’t feel like pieces of trash for the first time in our lives, and we feel seen for the first time in our lives for who we actually are, and then we can start going out into the world and just operating as humans and human beings with hearts and not pretending to be anything,” she said.

Sia revealed her autism spectrum two years after she faced backlash for her movie, Music. She had cast her frequent collaborator, Maddie Ziegler, in the movie, who portrays a character on the autism spectrum.

Music, written and directed by Sia, was about a teenager with autism, but disability rights campaigners chastised her for casting Ziegler, who was not on the autistic spectrum. The singer initially defended herself and her choice to cast Ziegler.

She claimed that it was difficult to work with someone on the autism spectrum, and Ziegler was someone who could bring her vision to light. But her defending Music was faced with more criticism and backlash.

In the end, Sia apologized and said she would cut the scenes that depict people with autism spectrum in a negative light. She said, “I’m sorry. I plan to remove the restraint scenes from all future printings. I listened to the wrong people and that is my responsibility, my research was clearly not thorough enough, not wide enough.”

Following the major backlash, Sia was suicidal and had to check into rehab after she relapsed. Thankfully, she had Kathy Griffin, who helped her through it.

Now, Sia is happy, and after she has found that she is on the autism spectrum, she has been working towards recovery —  making herself better mentally and physically.

Netizens’ reaction to Sia’s autism spectrum disorder

Many netizens were sympathetic towards Sia after she opened up about having autism. They wished her the best and asked her to be strong for herself and her family.

However, many brought up the topic of Music and how Sia’s actions back then were not excusable. Some people pointed out that the singer being autistic would excuse her for Music.

They noted that whatever Sia did for Music was still back, and just because she identified or had autism spectrum did not mean that she was a good advocate for it.

As a result, people were sympathetic to her but did not excuse her and her explanation behind Music.

Is Sami Zayn Unbanned From Saudi Arabia? Visits Mecca Ahead Of Match

Sami Zayn is also competing at Night of Champions in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Sami Zayn Visits Mecca Before Title Defence In Saudi Arabia

Sami Zayn has entered the boundaries of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the second time since he joined WWE as a full-time professional wrestler.

Currently, he is in Saudi Arabia as part of WWE’s upcoming professional wrestling pay-per-view Night of Champions, which will take place in Jeddah’s Jeddah Superdome on Saturday, May 27, 2023.

At the PPV, Zayn and his tag team partner Kevin Owens will defend their Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships against The Bloodline’s Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns and his tag team partner Solo Sikoa.

But ahead of his much-anticipated match, Zayn took the opportunity to utilize his second-ever visit to Saudi Arabia and visit Mecca, considered the holiest city in Islam and the “fountainhead and cradle of Islam.”

And as Zayn himself is a Muslim, it was one of the greatest moments of his life to cross a name off his bucket list. On Friday, May 26, 2023, he took to his social media handles – Instagram and Twitter – and shared pictures of himself at the location.

The first picture showed him wearing a white outfit as he touched The Kaaba – a stone building at the center of Masjid al-Haram, the important mosque and holiest site of Islam. The Kaaba is also spelled Ka’ba or Kabah, referred to as al-Ka’ba al-Musharrafa.

Similarly, the second picture showed him standing in front of The Kaaba, inside Masjid al-Haram, also called the Great Mosque of Mecca or the Grand Mosque.

In the caption, Zayn wrote, “Being a pro wrestler and being with WWE has taken me to places I never dreamed I’d get to see and do things I never thought I’d get to do. It has provided me a life filled with incredible experiences that I will cherish forever.”

At the end of his caption, he mentioned that being able to visit Masjid al-Haram and touching The Kaaba was the top thing on his list. He then wrote, “الحمدلله,” which translates to “Thank God.”

Is Sami Zayn unbanned in Saudi Arabia?

As mentioned above, this is Zayn’s second-ever visit to Saudi Arabia, with the first one being in 2014 as a part of WWE’s three-night house show tour in Riyadh. After that, many more shows and PPVs took place in Saudi Arabia, but Zayn wasn’t a part of them.

So, what happened? Was Zayn banned from competing in live shows and PPVs in Saudi Arabia? Well, banned isn’t the exact word that is fit to use in this context, as it’s more of a voluntary choice that Zayn made.

Zayn is a Canadian national, but his parents were Syrian immigrants who left their home country in the 1970s and settled in Canada. And the diplomatic relations between Syria and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia haven’t been on a positive note since 2011, until now.

Syria and Saudi Arabia cut diplomatic ties in November 2011 after Saudi Arabia’s backing of non-government forces during the Syrian Civil War. And while both nations are Sunni Muslim-majority countries, they didn’t see eye-to-eye.

As for Zayn’s refraining from Saudi Arabia-based WWE Shows and PPVs, Ryan Satin reported in 2018 that Zayn was pulled out from competing in The Greatest Royal Rumble as WWE didn’t want to disrespect the local culture in Saudi Arabia.

One year later, the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that the Saudi Arabian government had banned WWE from using Zayn at Super ShowDown due to Zayn’s Syrian ethnicity.

That being said, Zayn will now compete in WWE’s Night of Champions. So, what changed now? The answer is the diplomatic relationship between Syria and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which became good, i.e., they resumed diplomatic ties on May 9, 2023.

Due to that, it became clear that Saudi Arabia had no problem letting Zayn compete in Saudi Arabia-based WWE PPVs, and Zayn was also willing to wrestle once again in Saudi Arabia.

Furthermore, Zayn’s longtime best friend, Kevin Owens, will also compete for the first time in Saudi Arabia as Owens had also backed out from contesting in Saudi Arabia-based WWE PPVs as a show of support for Zayn.
