Inside Jennifer Aydin’s Weight Loss and Body Transformation Process
Know Jennifer Aydin’s weight loss journey!
Jennifer Aydin has changed a lot in the past few years, and fans of Real Housewives of New Jersey have surely noticed it.
When the reality TV star returned to the 10th season of the Bravo TV show in November 2019, viewers were very much amused by her weight loss journey and body transformation. And losing her weight was something that Aydin always wanted to do.
The mother of five went from size 10 to a size 6 — dropping a whopping four dress sizes. And all of that is thanks to a bit of help from her plastic surgeon husband, Dr. Bill Aydin, a healthy diet, and some exercise.

In an exclusive interview with Page Six in July 2019, Aydin explained all of the methods she went through to lose her weight and have a slightly slimmer body.
She first said that seeing yourself on camera always motivates a person, including herself, to work on their body. She added that her upper body was big, relating to her breasts, and she hated them.
“They were like these big melons. They were mushy from breastfeeding five kids, and it started off with having the breast reduction. So that’s what I did first,” she added.
The RHONJ star continued by saying that she took help from her plastic surgeon husband, Dr. Bill Aydin, who performed three different surgeries on her: a breast reduction, breast lift, and liposuction. And all of that resulted in her losing 15-pound.
“It was just breast reduction and lift with implant. So then I got down a few notches with that and then I had liposuction in my back. My husband contoured my back and gave me shape. I lost about three and a half pounds of fat from my back and it contoured me.”
“Then I was like, ‘Wow! I’m looking smaller and smaller; I got the small boobs, I got this hourglass figure, now I wanna lose some weight,’” Jennifer said.
Furthermore, she also agreed that liposuction is not a weight-loss solution; however, it helped in her problem areas.

When Aydin went through a breast reduction, breast lift, and liposuction, she was more motivated to lose some more weight.
And she found the help to do so from an unlikely place. She told Page Six that while stalking through Teresa Giudice’s – a fellow RHONJ star – Instagram handle, she noticed how amazing Giudice’s daughter, Milania Giudice, looked.

Another thing she noticed was that the mother-daughter duo always used to tag their nutritionist, Absolute Nutrition Counseling, in their Instagram posts. Thus, when Aydin contacted them, the nutritionist came over to her house alongside their colleague – a chef that prepared balanced meals.
She continued, “They basically work together calculating my macros and how many calories I’m gonna have every day.”
Aydin started to follow the diet from Absolute Nutrition Counseling and had the food delivered to her doorstep by them. It resulted in her losing another 10 pounds of weight – meaning she had lost around 25 pounds by then.
After that, in June 2019, she decided to start doing exercise. But, as she told Page Six, it was still a work in progress. “I’ll have a week where we go out to a few dinners and going out to dinner is part of my demise.”
“I see it coming right on right away. So then I stop for a second, I’m like, ‘Okay, I gotta calm down. We gotta make some better choices, and I gotta get back on the bandwagon.’”
Additionally, Aydin talked about her recent family trip with her partner and kids to the Bahamas, where her self-control was tested. She said, “I brought my oatmeal with me, and I would make oatmeal for myself after the gym in the morning.”
“Our routine was going to work out every morning, then going to Starbucks … I was having a healthy breakfast, a light lunch and then, of course, we were going to dinner. And you know what, I’m on vacation, so I’m not going to deprive myself. If I wanna piece of bread, I’m gonna have a piece of bread.”
In the end, she mentioned that although she might not follow in the footsteps of Giudice and enter a bodybuilding competition as that wouldn’t even bring [her] joy, she does like the idea of getting some help from Dolores and Frank Catania to lose more weight.
“She’s [Dolores] very generous. I saw her, and she was like, ‘You know I have a gym in Teterboro, you can come work out with me anytime you want.’”

At the end of her interview with Page Six, the outlet mentioned that Aydin was all set to head to Turkey to attend her brother’s wedding and have a blast.

However, her diet was tested during her brother’s wedding, as mentioned in her Instagram post on September 14, 2019. Her Instagram post was a video of her standing in front of New Jersey-based Elite Health Center.
In the caption, she first said that her weight is something she had always struggled with. And when she was out in Turkey for her brother’s wedding, eating out constantly didn’t help her diet, and she had a bit of a setback.
She continued her caption, “and before it gets out of hand, I’ve taken some advice from my good friend [Dolores Catania] and am going to try something new [at Elite Health Center]. They have helped her [Dolores] lose 25 pounds in 45 days.”
“Now it’s my turn to take it to the next level and get back on track with this weight loss journey with Elite Health Center,” she added. She concluded her caption by adding that she would be trying hard to lose another 10-15 pounds and get more toned.
In short, her weight loss journey resulted in her losing around 30-35 pounds. And considering her dedication and previous accomplishments, it’s certain that she has continued the journey in the upcoming years.

Britnee Kellogg Releases New Music Video with Empowering Women
The singer’s music video for ‘She’s Come a Long Way’ features several strong women.
Britnee Kellogg is a talented country music singer who gained fame due to her appearance in seasons 11 and 12 of American Idol. Recently, she released the music video for ‘She’s Come a Long Way,’ which not only has good music but also good lyrics and a powerful message.
She premiered the music exclusively through People’s magazine and the music video included powerful women from her home state of Oregon who have made their way through extreme challenges.
Kellogg collaborated with Autumn McEntire on this song, who ironically turned out to be the niece of the person she idolizes the most. In a recent interview with People, she mentioned, “Reba McEntire is the love of my life. She’s the first cassette tape I ever owned. She has always been a huge inspiration for me musically.”
It was like fate that she met Autumn a few years back and got to work with her. “When I first met her several years ago, I knew her last name was McEntire, but that’s kind of a common last name,” says Kellogg.
She continues the conversation by saying, “I guess I never asked her until she posted something about having a cut on her aunt’s record and I was like, ‘Excuse me, you never told me this?!’ It made me respect her even more that she doesn’t go around bragging that she’s Reba’s niece. I think that says a lot about her character.”

The music video for ‘She’s Come a Long Way’ started with a woman introducing herself as 44-year-old Alexis, who is currently a senior director of Accounting. She also revealed that she’s a mother of 5 children and a breast cancer survivor.
The video then went on to introduce other powerful women, like 30-year-old Erica, a nurse who is in high demand. Then, Nikki was introduced, a 49-year-old layout engineer who survived a life-changing injury.

Other women included were 26-year-old business advisor and artist Kayla and 46-year-old Midwife Megan, who has delivered 500+ babies and has been clean and sober for 17 years. Next came Lisa, who is a special education teacher and a teen mother, followed by 37-year-old Mikeisha, who is a personal shopper, boutique owner, healthcare leader, and a wife and a mother.
The video also included 52-year-old Tracie, who is a property manager, and Slumberkins founders Kelly and Callie. The last person to be introduced was Angela, the co-founder of I Am Foster Kid.
Kellogg created this music video to honor how they’ve come a long way and still have much to do. She wanted to leave a very powerful message so that every woman is inspired by what they are doing.
Reactions to the ‘She’s Come a Long Way’ music video by Britnee Kellogg
Since the song was released on YouTube, it has garnered more than 5k views in a week, with 500+ likes. Although the video has not garnered many comments on the platform, her Instagram post is filled with congratulatory posts and positive reviews.
On March 28, Kellogg posted a video reacting to the People’s cover of her new music video, captioning it with “Thank you @people and @triciadespres for highlighting this song and these amazing women”
Under this post, there were many fan comments, where one commented, “CONGRATULATIONS! 🥹 call such a beautiful tribute!! Forever so proud of you! Keep blazing that trail mama!!!! ❤.” Similarly, another fan wrote, “Wow!!! I loved the video. It’s so beautiful and supportive. You looked amazing too. Kellogg started as a singer in the 2010s and started uploading videos on YouTube in 2012. In January of 2012, she posted a cover of Chain of Fools, which hit 2.1k views.

I don’t know I feel like I would love that just to keep the name going and have that massive family line in hopefully WWE. At the same time, I also know what goes into this profession how hard it is, and how taxing it is on your body and your mind and I don’t know if I want that for my kids or not. Like I do but I don’t. It’s so amazing on the other side of things but it also takes a lot outta you. But I guess we’ll see down the line.”

Paul posed a question, inquiring, “You’re a prominent figure in the industry, which could potentially challenge some men’s egos if their partner achieves greater success. Does he find it difficult to cope with? Is it motivating for him? Does he embrace it?”
To this, the wrestler replied, “He loves it. He doesn’t make him feel a certain negative sort of way. He’s happy for me and he also knows how far I can go in this company and how far his limitations are as well.”

While discussing it, she also discussed the reality of wrestling being male-dominated and acknowledged the limited opportunities for women in the sport. “So if you show you’re different and connect with the crowd in a certain way, you’re gonna skyrocket to the top,” she says.
Ripley then talked about her husband, stating, “Whereas for him, he has been in the WWE, he’s been wrestling for over 10 years, maybe 15 years… for a long long time. At the end of the day, the platform that I’m on is higher and I feel like he doesn’t get threatened by that.”
The wrestler also said that her fiancée reassures her that he doesn’t get threatened by her popularity and she trusts him. She also reveals that he helps her grow along the way and it is what a relationship should be like.
Who is Rhea Ripley’s fiancée, Matthew Adams?
Adams goes by his ring name, Buddy Matthews, and is a professional wrestler currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW). He was previously in WWE as Buddy Murphy and assigned to developmental territory NXT.
He made his debut in AEW on the February 23, 2022, episode of Dynamite alongside Malakai Black and Brody King of the House of Black. Following his impactful debut, AEW president Tony Khan announced his signing with the company.
Some of his notable victories include winning a trios match at Revolution’s buy-in-show against Death Triangle on March 5, 2023, defeating The Elite. However, they experienced defeat in August 2023 against The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn.
Adams and Ripley have a very great bond and often show it via social media. On February 9, 2023, Adams posted a picture of them together in the gym captioning “Couples that workout together… stays together! Couples that take over the world… take it together!”
