Post-breakup with Harry Styles three months ago, Taylor Russell was publicly spotted for the first time on Monday, July 29, 2024.

The 30-year-old Canadian actress was spotted taking a leisurely stroll through Hampstead, north London, enjoying the summer heatwave with her mother.

Russell was seen sporting a chic beige trench coat, a crisp white vest, and dark trousers, accessorized with a striking red cap and dark sunglasses. Accompanied by her adorable pooch Root, she looked effortlessly stylish as she made her way to the heath.

Sharing her pictures on Instagram, media agency Backgrid wrote, “Taylor Russell, fresh off her high-profile split from Harry Styles, stepped into the London limelight. The actress enjoyed a casual day out with her mom and her beloved dog, Roots, in the heart of Hampstead.”

Some fans reacted to the post with different people giving different opinions. A few apparently opined that the couple might be considering to patch up since they both were captured in the city even though separately.

“Pap pics usually have a reason to happen and these two rarely get paped how much more in the same area so maybe the reason this happened is because there’s a reconciliation happening soon. Maybe they’re soft launching that they’re back together,” one wrote.

On the other hand, fans also added that they might not get back, adding, “no when Harry’s done he doesn’t go back.”

Another user commented, “honey, they both live in the same city, as do thousands of other people. This is just media to publicize JW’s purse.” 

The split between Russell and Styles followed a turbulent period after a ‘make or break’ holiday in Japan. The pair, who had been last seen together in Tokyo in April, haven’t been spotted in each other’s company since their separation. The couple had made headlines for their seemingly blissful relationship, but insiders reveal that their recent trip to Japan was a turning point.

In May, the actress attended the star-studded Met Gala in New York solo, while Styles remained in London. Friends close to the former couple claim that their time apart highlighted the strain in their relationship, ultimately leading to their split.

Despite the separation, it was previously reported that the singer was eager to start a family with Taylor. In March, a source shared with MailOnline, “Harry has lived many lifetimes in the spotlight, and now he’s ready for the next chapter. He’s deeply in love with Taylor and envisions a future with her.”

The couple’s romance began to make waves last June, with their first public appearance at a London museum and rumors of hand-holding. Their paths first crossed at the Venice International Film Festival in September 2022, where Styles was promoting Don’t Worry Darling and Russell was celebrating the premiere of Bones and All.

Before Russell, Styles was linked to Olivia Wilde, with their relationship ending in November 2022.
