The page also added a caption, stating, “#madimonroe calls out her ex #matthewrossi for calling her a man but dating her for a year. Oop okay, get ’em Madi! Lol.”

After the post surfaced, one individual commented, “That’s so mean, but why did she stay with someone toxic???” while another person expressed, “Just because somebody has strong features does not make them look like a man, just say y’all want every woman to look the same.”

Amid the controversy, numerous individuals refrained from leaving negative comments about others’ relationships, with one person stating, “I hate when people quickly go to the internet to talk about their relationship drama.”

Likewise, on September 20, 2023, The Tea Talk reposted a now-deleted video that Monroe had originally shared on her account @zootedmadi333. In the video, the internet star lip-synced to the lyrics of Future’s “Throw Away,” notably when the rapper says, “Go and ‘explicit’ that ‘‘explicit’ and get it over with.’

She also accompanied the post with a cryptic caption stating, “When we break up, so now he’s messing with the girls he called disgusting.”

After The Tea Talk shared her video, Monroe responded to the page’s post and denied any ongoing issues between her and Rossi. She commented, “Not about Matthew, lmfao. Just a post, Jesus.”

Despite Monroe’s initial claim of having no issues with Rossi, rumors of their separation surfaced on December 22, 2023, when the internet star followed the trend by sharing the story ‘A Little About Myself’ but deliberately erased the status part by drawing black over it.

Shortly after, Monroe shared another TikTok video featuring her eating and lip-syncing to Emotional Love 2x. TheTeaTok also reposted that video with the caption, “#pressplay: #madimonroe might be done with #matthew for real this time.”
