Angourie Rice, or Angourie Isabelle Theresa Rice, is an Australian actress. She was born on January 1, 2001, in Sydney, Australia. The young actress is best known for her roles in These Final Hours and The Nice Guys.

Rice was born to a director father, Jeremy Rice, and a writer mother, Kate Rice, in Sydney, Australia. Her parents named her after the place where her grandmother lived, Angourie, New South Wales.

Kate and Jeremy married each other in 2000, a year before their daughter was born. The writer’s mom had written the series Castaway and Trapped. Besides this, she also acted in several series.
