During the press tour of his 2013 film Beautiful Creatures, he touched on the topic of destined romances and compared romance to a vocation, where a person has an inner intuition or “yes” that guides them.

“I don’t know if it’s destined or not, but certainly I couldn’t imagine being the person I am today without the romantic experiences I’ve had,” he added, revealing his former relationships changed his life as well.

As the interview continued, the actor stressed how male characters are often portrayed as “bad boys” who are cold and indifferent. He stated the importance of ending this stereotype by displaying positive qualities like kindness, courtesy, and an interest in reading.

Ehrenreich assumed that showing these character traits could be a possible option for young girls to witness on screen, expanding their perception of what a male partner can be like.

That said, the 35-year-old Los Angeles native actor has been previously linked to a few of his co-stars. In 2013, he was rumored to be dating fellow actress Kelsey McNamee after they made their red carpet debut during the premiere of Beautiful Creatures in Hollywood.

However, the rumors were neither confirmed nor denied by any of them. Besides this, Ehrenreich was linked to his Fair Play co-star Phoebe Dynevor. Their amazing chemistry in the Netflix steamy thriller led many to believe they might be dating in real-life as well.

Nonetheless, these were just mere fan speculations and there was no truth behind them.
