Recently, she teased new music on her Instagram by clearing her feed and uploading two photos on February 7, 2024, with the same caption that read “link in bio.” The first photo was of a red heart with wings.
She also used this photo as her profile picture for her Instagram handle. Likewise, the second picture was a black-and-white photo of herself in an electric chair.
In her Instagram bio, she wrote, “Missing Out on Feb 14,” and the link in her bio would take her fans and followers to a page where they could pre-save her new music on different platforms — from Apple Music and Spotify to Amazon Music, Deezer, and Tidal.
Hawke clearing out her Instagram and hinting about releasing new music has sent her fans and followers into a frantic mode. As a result, they took to the comment section to talk about express their confusion.
Many were shocked about her clearing out her Instagram. One of them wrote, “GURL 2 POSTS U DELET3D EVERYTHING,” and another quipped, “WHY DID YOU DELETE ALL OF YOUR POSTS?”
Many were confused about what Hawke was going to do. One netizen wrote, “MAYA WHAT IS THIS? EXPLAIN NOW,” and another commented, “What does this mean I’m running around my room.”
