Social media personality Alice Llani recently gave birth to her second child.
Llani had an unassisted home birth and delivered the baby herself in the bathtub in the presence of her husband, Caleb Bender.
She had planned to have the baby at home rather than go to the hospital. She said on TikTok, “I am a huge advocate for going all out to ensure you have the birth you want.”
She added, “If I had any birth preferences, I would make them happen. I’d be fine giving birth anywhere; the baby will come when it comes.”
Alice Llani updates her childbirth on Instagram and TikTok
Llani, also known as @alicellani and @alicellanispam on TikTok, has announced the birth of her child. She also told the news on Instagram, where she posted several photos from her home birth. “Only a few hours old, and you’ve already taught us so much,” she captioned the post.
In the photo, she is naked in her bathtub but has censored all nudity. The remaining slides show her cradling her newborn in the tub, breastfeeding the baby, and adorable shots of her new baby.
Following the post, many of her followers congratulated her and her husband. One of her fans remarked, “Sheesh; you got me crying on the first day of my cycle. These photos are magical and demonstrate how incredible this experience is.”
“Alice, thank you for sharing your space with us. And congratulations on your gorgeous new baby, who looks EXACTLY like you,” the comment further read.
Similarly, another person wrote, “Alice, you did a fantastic job with her! Allow your body to rest and heal, and I’m sure we can all agree that we can’t wait to meet that sweet baby!”
Alice Llani’s birth experience with Fern
The social media influencer has previously expressed her decision to raise her first baby, son Fern, as a vegan. Even before she became pregnant, she knew she wanted to raise her child naturally.
Similarly, she preferred a natural birth, so he also gave birth to Fern in her apartment bathroom. Llani raised him on breastmilk only, vegan food, and organic products and avoids “fragranced” baby items.

Llani told 7Lifestyle that she had been a vegetarian since childhood and knew from the start that veganism was the only way for Fern. On the other hand, she is not concerned about her son missing out on anything.
She also stated, “Fern is the healthiest baby I know. Anything that isn’t vegan can be made vegan and better than the original.”
Furthermore, Llani only uses cloth nappies and avoids using plastic. She also believes in gentle parenting, which includes no smacking and no “violation of baby’s bodily autonomy,” which consists of no ear piercing or circumcision.
