Furthermore, he was born on August 22, 1984, making him 38 years old at the time of writing.
2. Sonny Side’s parents are very supportive of his career
Side was born to his parents in St. Cloud, Minnesota. However, his parents’ names have not been revealed. As he grew older, he discovered his love for movies and filmmaking. His parents are so supportive of his career that they let him pursue his passion.
Later, Side enrolled in a professional filmmaking program and, upon completion, relocated to South Korea to pursue a career in the same field. After directing a few music videos and web shows, he rose to prominence as a videographer.
3. Best Ever Food Review Shows’ creator has amassed a sizable net worth
Side has an estimated net worth of $10 million. His main source of income is his YouTube channel, Best Ever Food Review Shows.

Side’s channel features a wide range of food, cuisines, cooking, and travel videos worldwide. His first video was shot in Korea, but he only covered international cuisine then. The YouTuber’s channel and show gradually grew in popularity around the world, reaching a global audience.
Surprisingly, his YouTube channel became the only American channel granted filming access in Iran. The most-watched video on his channel is “Eating with the World’s Most Isolated Tribe!! The Three People of Papua, Indonesia!!”
Aside from that, Side has appeared on the covers of several food magazines and newspaper articles. He’s also opened an official merchandise store, which is only available on his website.
4. Sonny Sides frequently wears a bandana
Sides can be seen wearing a bandana in all of the videos. The YouTuber revealed the reason for wearing the bandana during an interview on the JRE podcast. He stated that he uses a bandana because he sweats a lot.
Sides said, “I live in Saigon, Vietnam, and it can get quite humid there. I was determined that it not become a symbol of the show. I eventually gave in, and the moment I realized it was when we went to Japan. I was cold, and I’m still wearing my bandana. I don’t wear it when I’m out on the street. I am not desperate for attention. I wear it for the show. I also wear it to the gym, but in a different color.”
5. Sonny Side has a diet plan to lose weight
Side has struggled with his weight since he was a child. Later in life, he grew up a little slimmer due to the sport he played. However, due to his eating habits and frequent alcohol consumption, his weight has fluctuated over the years, and he was roughly 300 pounds in his 20s.
His video titled “What I Eat to Lose Weight!!! Professional Eater Reveals his SECRETS!!!” revealed his diet secret on June 26, 2021.
In the video, he said, “I weigh myself every day and set weekly weight loss goals. Another thing that has greatly aided me is pre-planning healthy meals..”
Side added, “You do not have to suffer in order to lose weight by eating less. I first tried a high protein and keto diet, but I found that counting calories throughout the day produced better results. I also exercise on a regular basis.”

‘Jurassic World Rebirth’ Roars Into Box Office Success

Jurassic World Rebirth, the latest installment in the dinosaur saga, has stomped its way to box office glory. Directed by Gareth Edwards and co-written by Jurassic Park veteran David Koepp, the film premiered on June 17 in London and hit U.S. theaters on July 2. It has already grossed over $334 million globally against a reported budget of $180 million.
This fresh reboot stars Scarlett Johansson and Mahershala Ali in leading roles, supported by Jonathan Bailey, Ed Skrein, and Rupert Friend. The film shifts slightly from the earlier World trilogy tone, leaning into sci-fi thrills and a suspenseful, character-driven story.
Critics have been split. While some praise the visual effects and performances, others say it doesn’t quite recapture the awe of Spielberg’s original. Still, many fans agree that Rebirth is a major improvement over the previous film, Dominion, and a step in the right direction for the franchise.
With its strong performance, Universal is now reportedly developing spin-offs and planning to expand the Jurassic universe further. After ten films and over three decades of dino-dominance, it seems audiences still aren’t done with the thrill of prehistoric adventure.

‘The Devil Wears Prada 2’ Rolls Out Star‑Studded Cast

The Devil Wears Prada 2 is officially underway, and the cast lineup is as iconic as fans hoped. Meryl Streep returns as the icy editor-in-chief Miranda Priestly, joined once again by Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, and Stanley Tucci — reprising their roles nearly two decades after the 2006 original became a cultural classic.
But the sequel isn’t just about the old guard. It’s adding new faces to the high-fashion chaos, including Lucy Liu, Justin Theroux, B.J. Novak, Pauline Chalamet, and Bridgerton star Simone Ashley. Acclaimed actor and director Kenneth Branagh will also appear as Miranda’s husband — a character that’s expected to shake up the dynamics at Runway Magazine.
Plot details are still under wraps, but the film is scheduled to release on May 1, 2026. It’s expected to explore the evolving world of fashion media while diving deeper into Miranda’s personal life and Andy Sachs’ next chapter. Notably missing is Adrian Grenier, who played Andy’s boyfriend Nate in the original. Sources say his character won’t return for the sequel.
With a mix of nostalgia and fresh energy, The Devil Wears Prada 2 promises to deliver sharp dialogue, high fashion, and the kind of dramatic flair only Miranda Priestly can serve.
