Selena Gomez’s dating life has once again become the talk of the town after fans discovered videos of her kissing singer Rema.
Gomez, an American superstar singer, was spotted kissing Rema, who is currently on tour with the ‘Rave and Roses North American’, after his music performance in Los Angeles, California.
Although neither of them has spelled any clues on the news, it has undoubtedly made the internet go crazy.
On the other hand, the Wizards of Waverly Place star has kept her dating life private, but recent photos have piqued the interest of many, and Gomez’s fans are eager to learn more about the recent flame.
Who is singer Rema?
Divine Ikubor, as his birth name, is a Nigerian musician and singer better known by his stage name Rema. With the release of the song ‘Iron Man,’ he rose to fame.
Rema was born in Benin City to a Christian family.
While in secondary school, he grew up singing and rapping. He acquired primary and secondary education at the Ighile Group of Schools in Edo State.
Rema is currently making headlines after receiving a beautiful international kiss from the singer Gomez. But from the looks of it, the kiss only seems like a warm gesture from the renowned singer to the fellow artist — and nothing more.
Rema revealed in an interview with The Native that he began singing and rapping at a young age. He has been making music in Benin since he was 11 years old, starting as a rapper in a church group before changing his sound to fit the famous sound in his community.
The singer shared, “They told me if I want to make it to Lagos, I have to sound commercial. I tried to vibe to it but I wasn’t really good at it.”
Eventually, his desire to be different led him to look to social media, where his hip-hop leanings were more appreciated, where he shared free verses and participated in music challenges to grow his online audience.
D’Prince’s ‘Gucci Gang’ challenge and Rema’s 1-minute freestyle piqued the interest of his new label boss.
After his brother died two years after his father, the rapper discovered a new voice in himself through music. Rema admitted that his label allows him to create new music, experiment with different styles, and release whatever he wants.
He signed a record deal with Jonzing World, a subsidiary of Mavin Records, in 2019. Rema’s songs were included in the game FIFA 21 soundtracks in September 2020.

According to the Daily Mail, which has photographic proof of the news, Gomez was spotted with Italian film producer Andrea Ierovolino. In early August, the two were spotted swimming together on a yacht off the coast of Positano, Italy.
But, from the looks of it, they weren’t just two buddies going for a swim. Fans speculated that they were romantically involved because they were holding hands.
Ierovolino and the Only Murders in the Building actress aren’t strangers. They first collaborated on the film Dubious Battle in 2016 and were also seen spending alone together in 2019.
While there’s no word on whether they’re officially dating, Gomez is on the dating scene, as revealed in a TikTok video in March.
The star shared a hilarious TikTok video in which she attempts to film a makeup tutorial using her new Rare Beauty lip liners and lipsticks.
As she applies the product to her lips, she is interrupted in the background by her grandmother, who asks, “So how did you end it with that guy?”

Lace Morris Feels ‘So Alone’ as a Single Mom with an Infant Son

Lace Morris is getting candid and opening up about being a single mother to her infant.
The Bachelor in Paradise alum welcomed her first child, a baby boy named Liam Lee, on March 16, 2024. She shares her infant son with marketing mogul Ryan John Nelson, aka Ryan Nelson.
Just a month before the birth of their baby boy, Morris and Nelson decided to part ways. Morris has experienced the emotional challenges of single motherhood, making her journey all the more poignant.
On Friday, April 26, 2024, Morris appeared in Dave Neal’s YouTube video titled “How Bachelor Star Lace Morris Overcame Heartbreak While Pregnant.” The host and the guest had a long conversation about Morris’ life as a single mom and more.
At one point in their conversation, Neal asked the reality TV star what it was like to go through a breakup during pregnancy. She answered that there was no support for many months, and her baby often chilled her out.
She stated, “There was no support. That was a rough eight months. I feel like the baby chilled me out for some reason. Like, pregnancy made me very calm so I handled it the best I could. It was tough. It’s like when you know someone is there, but you feel so alone.”
Morris also revealed that she tried very hard to make things work between herself and her baby daddy. “I stayed and hoped that things would change. I stayed hoping that this was going to work, and it just never did, and I was forced to have to do this on my own,” she said.
As she went on, she mentioned that while she tried to do many things independently, her friends and family members have been very supportive. She told the host, “I have all my mom’s side of the family and my mom came out for a month.”

“I have so many friends and family who are wanting to help me. I say no a lot because I am such a control freak and I think I’ve got it, but now I’m drowning. It’s probably why men struggle with me too, because I am so independent.”
“Not saying that’s what this situation was, but I am so independent and think I can do everything. Maybe being a single mom was what my calling was,” Morris added.
Neal then asked The Bachelor alum how her postpartum healing experience had been. She stated that the mental toll has been harder than the physical toll. “I don’t feel like I’ve lost myself as some people say. Physically, I’ve recovered pretty great. I’m almost at six weeks.”
“The thing that feels like a struggle is that I’m one human doing this all alone. I have had people reach out saying that with a partner it’s even hard, so to be able to do this full-time alone has been really eye-opening. I feel like I’m going insane sometimes,” she concluded.

Matthew Davis Takes Daughters to Work for the First Time

On Tuesday, April 30, 2024, the American actor, who cannot be regarded as an avid social media user, took to his relatively new Instagram handle to share some cute updates regarding his two children, both of whom are girls.
He first posted a black-and-white picture in which he was seen taking a mirror selfie while sitting on a couch. Meanwhile, his daughters – Ripley Nightingale Davis and Dorothy Lavender Davis – seemed to be playing around him.
In the caption, Matthew mentioned that he had a last-minute fitting on Saturday, April 27, for his role in the upcoming NBC drama Grosse Pointe Garden Society. However, he couldn’t get a sitter to care for his girls while he was gone for his fitting.
Thankfully, Matthew’s failure to find a good sitter for his kids turned out to be an awesome experience for his daughters. He decided to take his girls with him to the Assembly Studios in Atlanta, the city’s newest and most expansive studio complex.
He wrote, “Had a last minute fitting on Saturday and couldn’t get a sitter in time. Which turned into an awesome first for my girls. Getting to take them to the new Assembly Studios in Atlanta was such a great experience for us!”
While concluding his caption, he thanked NBC Universal and Grosse Pointe Garden Society for his moment. “Thank you so much #NBCUniversal & #GrossePointeGardenSociety for this moment!” his exact words read.
Around an hour after making the initial Instagram post, Matthew took to the same platform to make another post. This time, he shared a colored picture after completing his fitting for the recently announced NBC drama, Grosse Pointe Garden Society.
In the picture, he is seen donning a police uniform, revealing that he will be playing the role of a police officer in the NBC drama. Likewise, the actor was seen alongside his two daughters, donning identical pink-colored outfits.

“Had to call in backup!” Matthew wrote, keeping his caption rather short, followed by hashtags of “GrossePointeGardenSociety” and “NBCUniversal.” He also posted the same picture on his Instagram story and wrote, “On set with the kids. #BlessedLife.”
Overall, it seems like The Vampire Diaries alum relishes all the time he gets with his children before his schedule gets busy. Besides Grosse Pointe Garden Society, Matthew’s IMDb profile reveals he has another upcoming project, Blunt, where he will play the role of Matt Reynolds.
Coming over to Matthew’s kids, he became a father for the first time on March 31, 2020, when his now-former wife, Kiley Casciano, gave birth to a daughter, Ripley. The actor had announced the good news in a now-deleted Instagram post.
He wrote, “Ripley Nightingale Davis. Born March 31st 9:51pm. 7lbs. Blond hair, Blue eyes, Mom’s beautiful face. Thank you everyone for all your love and support. Let’s hope she doesn’t have my Dyslexia.”
On January 24, 2022, Matthew and Kiley became parents for the second time in their lives when they welcomed their second daughter, Dorothy. Kiley announced the news, writing, “Dorothy Lavender Davis – 01. 24. 2022. I love you @immatthewdavis.”
As of this writing, Matthew and Kiley have already ended their marital relationship and share joint custody of their children, as stated in their divorce settlement of February 2024. The now-former couple got engaged on December 23, 2018, and married on the same day.

John Henry Spurlock Details ‘Long Story’ behind His Split from Kat Izzo

John Henry Spurlock is getting candid about his split from his girlfriend-turned-fiancée, Kat Izzo, aka Katherine Izzo.
On Wednesday, April 24, 2024, the Bachelor in Paradise alum appeared as a guest on the Almost Famous podcast, co-hosted by popular Bachelors Ben Higgins and Ashley Iaconetti. While on the podcast, Spurlock revealed that it was a long story.
Firstly, he stressed that when he started his professional career as a commercial diver known for underwater welding, he had promised himself that he would be dedicated to his profession for ten years and then only prioritize a romantic relationship.
However, he later appeared on reality dating shows, eventually met Izzo, fell in love with her, and got engaged to her. All these events derailed Spurlock’s seemingly predetermined future plans.
He told the podcast co-hosts Higgins and Iaconetti that he frequently moved around a lot looking for jobs. “I told her, as of right now, my career is not relationship friendly. She knew that. But I was like, my plan is to get out of it anyways,” he added.
Spurlock continued, “Things were going really well. Now, I have this job and then I get in this relationship. Then now it’s like, OK, I have to start figuring out what I’m going to do, how I’m going to make this transition to a career that is going to be a lot easier for me and her to work with.”
“It just caught me by surprise. Now I’m starting to stress out about how I’m going to make this move,” he stated, mentioning that whenever he thought about what was next for him and Izzo, he had doubts and noticed their differences more, which became “really hard” for him.
The reality TV star said, “So, I started to have my doubts. Then, I started to see our differences a lot more. So, things just really got hard for me. It got to a point where it was just extremely hard for the both of us. Then basically, I called it quits.”
Spurlock added, “I said, this doesn’t feel right. I think this should be a lot easier than what it is, and it just, it wasn’t the case. I just started thinking to myself, maybe this just isn’t for me. Once I got that in my head, it just kind of spiraled from there.”

Moreover, he said that his mental health wasn’t in a good place at the time. He also revealed that his now-former partner, Izzo, was caught off guard by his decision. But despite their breakup, he claimed that he was still on good terms with Izzo and had only positive things about her.
The 31-year-old North Carolina native stated, “Kat is amazing. She really is something special. She’s not my longest relationship, but Kat’s a catch. I’ll tell you, she definitely did her part. Distance is hard for everybody.”
“When she loves, she gives it her all, and she did everything that she needed to do and then some in order to try to make our relationship work,” Spurlock concluded his statement.
Speaking briefly of Kat Izzo and John Henry Spurlock’s relationship, they met on Bachelor in Paradise season 9. Fast forward to the season finale, they decided to get engaged despite previously having concerns about how fast things were moving between them.
As time passed, those concerns grew, eventually leading to Spurlock’s decision to break up his engagement with Izzo. The newly engaged duo announced their breakup on December 11, 2023, just days after the finale aired.
