Emilie Ullerup is a Danish actress most recognized for her roles as Ashley Magnus on Sanctuary and Bree O’Brien on the Hallmark Channel drama series Chesapeake Shores.

Via the series, Ullerup has gained a significant fanbase who wants to know everything about the actress —  from her professional life to her personal. Many want to know about her love life, especially her husband and kids.

As a result, they are often asking, “Is Emilie Ullerup married?,” and “Is Emilie Ullerup pregnant?” Here is all we know about it.

Emilie Ullerup’s relationship and wedding with her husband

Ullerup is happily married to her husband, Kyle Cassie. The couple first met each other in 2007 and started dating soon after.

Many tabloids have reported that they did not start dating until 2010. However, it is not true since Ullerup revealed that as of 2023, she had been together with her husband for 16 years.

There is a lot of confusion regarding Ullerup’s wedding and marriage. Many sites have reported that their wedding happened on August 14, 2018.

However, that is not entirely true since it happened three years prior in 2015. She talked about her love story and revealed their wedding date via an Instagram post in December 2019.

Ullerup moved in together with Cassie after dating each other for a few months. In her opinion, “it felt right and it didn’t feel rushed.”

After dating for eight years, they decided to get married. However, they did not want to include their family and friends.

So, they had a private wedding at a courthouse on August 14, 2015. Finally, three years later, they were ready to celebrate their marriage with their closest friends and family.

Ullerup wrote, “Then we spent 8 years together before we got married. It was just us in a courthouse. It took another 3 years for us to decide we were ready to celebrate our love with all of our closest family and friends. It became the best days of our lives.”

On August 14, 2023, Ullerup posted a picture with her husband to commemorate their wedding anniversary.

She wrote in the captions that they had been married for eight years and together for 16. She wrote, “8 years married, 16 years together. Wish I could find a photo from back then but my iPhone library doesn’t date that far back. I love what we have built. I love where we are going. I love you.”

All in all, Ullerup is living her best possible life with her husband and family.

Emilie Ullerup’s husband, Kyle Cassie

Cassie was born on May 6, 1976, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. However, he currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and baby.

Like his wife, Cassie is involved in the entertainment industry. However, he mostly works behind the camera instead of in front of it.

He has more than 50 credits as an actor, but currently, he is more focused on directing and producing. In fact, he has his own company called Mr. Hyde Films, where he has produced over 50 productions from Los Angeles, New York, Dallas, London, and Berlin.

He has seen exponential company development as a consequence of his productions, which have helped open industry-leading doors and progress crucial dialogues.

He has continually challenged himself to push the boundaries and visually reinvent himself with his evocative storytelling style since stepping behind the camera.

Cassie’s interest in cinema is founded in stories that attempt to engage and challenge the spectator through social criticism, heartfelt journeys, and shining a light on the darker issues, including our imperfect human nature, as portrayed in written feature films and shorts.

He has spent several years directing and producing visually appealing beauty ad material for a New York-based global beauty brand, filming in Los Angeles, New York, London, and Berlin. He’s worked as a cinematographer on several of his Directing assignments.

Furthermore, his passion for post-production keeps him seated as an editor and colorist, allowing him to tangibly bring his creative vision on his projects through to final delivery. His clear mastery has garnered him countless award nominations for his work, and his voracious thirst for boundary-pushing narrative continues with the production of multiple feature projects.

According to IMDb, he has been nominated for awards such as Indie Short Fest, Anaheim International Film Festival, Top Indie Film Awards, Maverick Movie Awards, and Leo Awards.

Among them, he won the Anaheim International Film Festival in the category of Best Ensemble Cast for his 2019 movie Puppet Killer. Similarly, he bagged the 2023 Indie Short Fest in the category of Outstanding Achievement Award (Producer) for his short, Anti-Social.

Emilie Ullerup’s children

Ullerup shares two kids with her husband. They got pregnant with their first baby after being together for 12 years and married for four.

Throughout the time she was pregnant, she talked about her baby and journey with her fans and followers. She took to Twitter and IG Stories to reveal they had welcomed their first baby in January 2020.

She wrote, “Update: I’m no longer pregnant. Now I’m just devastatingly in love with a heart that breaks every time I look at my child and my husband. How will I ever want to do anything but that?”

In February 2020, she posted a photo of her baby and revealed that he was born on January 24, 2020, and his name was Wilde Mørkøv Ullerup Cassie.

Ullerup was pregnant once again in 2022. The actress announced her second pregnancy in September 2022.

She posted a video on the picture-sharing site at the time, illustrating how difficult it was for her to get up from the couch with her expanding baby bump.

She joked in the description of the post about how fellow performers may use the video as a reference, adding, “Also, this is my pregnancy announcement.”

She welcomed her second baby, Coco Mørkøv Ullerup Cassie, on October 28, 2022. Since then, Ullerup has often posted videos and photos with her kids.

However, to date, she has not revealed the identity or faces of her children. Even when she posts photos with them, she tends to hide it.

It seems like she is protecting her kids from the spotlight, and looks like she intends to do so for a long time.

John Waters Hates Discussing His Dating History Publicly

John Waters is a very private person who does not talk about his dating history and married life.

He is a filmmaker, writer, actor, and artist from the United States. Multiple Maniacs (1970), Pink Flamingos (1972), and Female Trouble (1974) catapulted him to popularity in the early 1970s as subversive cult flicks.

He wrote and directed the comedy picture Hairspray (1988), which became a worldwide blockbuster and was later transformed into a successful Broadway musical and a musical film in 2007. Polyester (1981), Cry-Baby (1990), Serial Mom (1994), Pecker (1998), and Cecil B. Demented (2000) are among the numerous films he has written and directed.

Water’s professional life has been documented well for everyone to see. Unfortunately, not the same can be said about his personal life.

Here is all we know about them.

John Waters’s dating history

As said before, Waters is very secretive about his dating history and personal life.

He is an openly gay man, as a result, he does not have a wife or is married to a woman. Similarly, there is no news of him having any children.

In a 2019 interview with the Washington Blade, Waters revealed that he had a partner. However, he did not mention anything about his dating history with his partner.

He claimed that the pair preferred to keep their relationship private. He said, “If you don’t keep some things private, you don’t have a personal life. It’s the same thing I say, I have some restaurant receipts that are not tax-deductible. That means I have a personal life. When I read celebrities are telling everything, I think, don’t you have any friends?”

At the time of writing, it is unknown if he is still together with his partner.

Talking about his dating history, Waters has not explicitly mentioned anything. However, during his conversation with Pop Matters, he revealed that he had a lot of friends with benefits.

He claimed that he liked Valentine’s Day and did not receive Valentine’s from many people. He said, “I don’t get many. I get some from fans, my mother sends me one, usually family. My friend Pat Moran sends me one, and every once in a while, a couple of my ‘friends with benefits’ have sent me one.”

John Waters’s parents and family

Waters was born on April 22, 1946, in Baltimore, Maryland, as one of four children of his parents, Patricia and John Samuel, a fire-protection equipment maker.

His mother raised him as a Roman Catholic, despite the fact that his father was not. He is the great-great-great-grandson of George Price Whitaker of the Whitaker iron family through his mother, who moved to the United States as a youngster from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

Waters grew raised in Lutherville, Maryland, a Baltimore suburb. He resided at 313 Morris Avenue in Lutherville from his early adolescence into his early twenties.

He attended the Calvert School in Baltimore for private education. He graduated from Boys’ Latin School of Maryland after attending Towson Jr. High School in Towson, Maryland, and Calvert Hall College High School in adjacent Towson.

John Waters’s net worth and career

Waters is an American filmmaker, writer, producer, actor, and artist with a net worth of $50 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth. Waters is likely best known for writing, directing, and producing Hairspray, a 1988 film that was later transformed into an award-winning Broadway musical.

In 1964, Waters released his debut short film, Hag in a Black Leather Jacket, the start of his journey in the entertainment industry. He wrote, directed, produced, edited, and filmed the film, and he did the same for his succeeding short films, Roman Candles (1966), Eat Your Makeup (1968), and The Diane Linkletter Story (1970), as well as four of his feature films.

Mondo Trasho was Waters’s debut feature picture, released in 1969, and was followed by Multiple Maniacs in 1970. The first film in his Trash Trilogy, Pink Flamingos, was released in 1972, and he completed the trilogy with 1974’s Female Trouble and 1977’s Desperate Living.

Waters delegated cinematography for the first time with Polyester, hiring film student David Insley as the principal camera operator. In 1988, John published the comedy Hairspray, which was transformed into a 2002 Broadway musical that won eight Tony Awards.

Waters was a co-producer and consultant on the 2007 film adaptation of the musical. He also appears in both films, as Dr. Fredrickson in the original and as a Flasher in the 2007 remake. Cry-Baby, John’s follow-up to Hairspray, became a Broadway musical in 1990 and was nominated for four Tony Awards in 2008.

Waters directed Serial Mom in 1994, starring Kathleen Turner, Sam Waterston, Ricki Lake, and Matthew Lillard, and made an uncredited appearance as Ted Bundy. Waters again appeared as ‘Pervert on Phone’ in his following film, Pecker, released in 1998.

Waters wrote, directed, and starred in the 2000 black comedy Cecil B. Demented as a reporter. In 2004, he wrote A Dirty Shame, which stars Tracey Ullman, Johnny Knoxville, Selma Blair, and Chris Isaak.

In a 2013 interview with The Guardian, Waters was asked why he hadn’t created another picture since A Dirty Shame, to which he replied, “It didn’t make any money.”

He said, “It didn’t make any money. They want you to make independent films for half a million bucks, and for me, a film would cost around $5m. It’s a great time to be a first-time filmmaker, but not me.”

Though he hasn’t made a film since 2004, John has stayed busy on television, guest-starring in My Name Is Earl (2007), Feud: Bette and Joan (2017), The Blacklist (2018), and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (2020-2021), as well as serving as a guest judge on RuPaul’s Drag Race (2015) and acting as an associate producer on NBC’s Hairspray Live!

It was revealed in October 2022 that Waters will convert his novel Liarmouth into a film. Waters will write and direct the film, which will be produced by Village Roadshow Pictures.

American actor Tim Matheson has been married not just once but three times throughout his life.

If you’re curious to learn more about Matheson’s marriage with all three of his wives, continue reading the article until the end.

Tim Matheson’s first marriage to Jennifer Leak lasted just three years

Matheson and Leak initially crossed paths as co-stars in the 1967 movie Yours, Mine, and Ours, with Matheson portraying Michael Beardsley and Leak playing Colleen North.

Their first meeting eventually led to them dating, and they wasted no time in embarking on a new chapter together by tying the knot on September 28, 1968.

After approximately three years of being in a marital relationship, the couple decided to part ways. However, the specific reasons for their separation have not been disclosed.

Apart from these details, very little is known about the couple’s married life, as they mostly kept their relationship private.

Tim Matheson and Megan Murphy Matheson were married for two decades

Tim first crossed paths with his second wife, Megan, in 1984, but they haven’t shared the story of how they met. Much like his previous relationship, the actor didn’t hesitate and quickly tied the knot on June 29, 1995.

Throughout their relationship, the former couple frequently made public appearances at various events. Notably, on September 24, 1988, Tim and his wife attended a fundraiser hosted by Don Henley for Los Angeles City Council Candidate Lisa Specht at Don Henley’s residence in Beverly Hills, California.

After spending a solid two decades together in matrimony, the couple encountered difficulties and made the tough decision to proceed with a divorce in the year 2010.

Tim Matheson is happy with his third wife, Elizabeth Marighetto

Tim and Elizabeth appear to have started dating around 2015. Their relationship became more public when they made a joint appearance at the 30th Santa Barbara Film Festival in 2015.

Additionally, during that same year, they were seen together at the opening of Brandon Jacobs-Jenkins’s comedy ‘APPROPRIATE’ at the Mark Taper Forum in Downtown Los Angeles, further solidifying their connection in the public eye.

The actor also posted a picture of himself alongside his now wife as they attended the Critics’ Choice Awards on December 14, 2016.

After dating for a year, in March 2018, Tim and Elizabeth celebrated their love by exchanging vows in a joyful ceremony held in Los Angeles, California.

Following their heartwarming wedding, the actor shared his happiness with the world by posting a picture from the ceremony on his Facebook page.

For their special wedding day, Tim opted for an understated yet impeccably tailored suit and complementing tie, showcasing a refined and sophisticated style, while Elizabeth looked absolutely beautiful in her white dress, which made the ceremony even more special.

Based on the pictures the actor posted on Facebook, their wedding ceremony took place in an unconventional setting. It didn’t resemble a typical wedding venue; instead, it appeared to be a casual outdoor location near a building.

Similarly, about 20 to 30 close friends and family members gathered to celebrate with Tim and Elizabeth. There weren’t any assigned seats, so everyone just stood around, creating an informal yet heartfelt atmosphere.

In the month following their wedding, Tim and his now-wife went on their honeymoon in Japan. The actor shared two photos from their trip on April 19, 2018, on Instagram.

The first picture captured both of them standing on a picturesque, ancient-looking street in Japan, while the second one featured Elizabeth participating in a Geisha-themed photoshoot in Kyoto.

Accompanying the images, the actor kept it simple with a caption that read, “Honeymoon in Japan with darling Elizabeth Marighetto!” This post garnered a flood of heartfelt comments from his adoring fans and followers.

One person expressed, “You are an amazing couple! Miss you guys,” while another chimed in with, “Congratulations! You two look so happy!”
