Mimi Ikonn’s quick 15-minute full-body workout

Mimi is a dedicated entrepreneur who values a healthy relationship with her body and believes it serves as our temple.

She gave her fans a quick 15-minute full-body workout via Instagram so they could stay as fit as her.

She began with a minute of plank and 30 seconds of spider man on each side. She then continued doing in and out for a minute and jumping jacks for a minute. 

Afterward, she ended her exercise with reverse lunges with a side twist for 30 seconds on each side and said to repeat all five exercises twice.

Mimi also provided a simple exercise regimen that she followed when she didn’t have much time. The workout included ten squats, ten jumps, and, lastly, a minute of skipping.

Mimi Ikonn’s morning routine

Sometimes after waking up at 7:00 a.m., Mimi and her husband take 10 minutes to cuddle. They complete their Five Minute Journal entries while still in bed. 

She explained that “it [journals] conditions your mind to think positively and to set your days to a really good start.”

They then meditate for another 10-15 minutes before doing either yoga or a heart-pumping 7-Minute Workout.

Next, Mimi spends fifteen minutes applying cosmetics while listening to an audiobook or one of her favorite podcasts.

Meanwhile, her husband, Alex, typically prepares breakfast. They talk about their plans for the day while eating breakfast together. Mimi washes the dishes when breakfast is over, and then they leave for work.

Mimi explored how one can start connecting with and treating their body much better. She discussed how eating well, moving around, exercising, and getting enough rest can contribute to a healthy physique.

She said to become considerably more aware when you are full and not to eat until the plate is empty; instead, pay attention to your body’s cues.

Mimi explained that sitting the entire day is the worst and suggested everyone get up and move around every hour or so.

She recommended engaging in moderate, heart-pumping exercises for 30 minutes three times per week.
