Megan Thee Stallion is an American rapper who rose to prominence when recordings of her freestyling became viral on different social media platforms, including Twitter and Instagram.
Since then, she has gone mainstream with millions of fans and followers all over the world. While she is known for her music and rapping skills, Megan is also known for her attractive body features.
In fact, she has made several songs referring to her body. While people often appreciate her and her physical appearance, many have also accused her of getting plastic surgery.
They have compared the before and after photos of the rapper and noticed the changes she has done to her body and face. Despite much speculation, Megan has denied getting any plastic surgery.

Fans and followers have also discussed Megan’s plastic surgery on various discussion platforms like Reddit. They noted that she might not have undergone a huge plastic surgery but has done smaller ones like a nose job.
One Redditor wrote, “Nose job is something almost every celebrity has had. It is the center of the face and small refinements do a lot for enhancements and proportions. A lot of them leave a small ‘flaw’ for deniability.”
However, many fans have also defended the rapper. They noted that she undergoes a proper workout routine for her to develop the body she has now. Similarly, comparing her before and after photos, many have stated that it looks like Megan got a nose job because of her makeup.
One netizen wrote on Reddit, “Her face looks the same since high school. Imo she looks better with no makeup due to her natural features. She’s just lost weight and works out intensely.”
Similarly, another wrote, “She’s lost some weight. If you google what she looked like before she got famous, she was about the same size as now, and you’ll see there’s not a ton of difference where I’d guess it was surgery.”
Despite that, many have accused her of getting plastic surgery and a nose job. As a result, Megan took it upon herself to clarify the rumors and speculation.
In an interview with Hot 97 in June 2019, Megan revealed that she was all natural with no plastic surgery and was comfortable with herself. She also said how people accuse her of going under the knife but never say anything to her face.
Even though Megan has not undergone any plastic surgery or nose job, she does not have any problems with people getting cosmetic procedures done.
Megan Thee Stallion’s foot surgery and shooting
Even though Megan has not gotten any plastic surgery, in 2020, she underwent foot surgery. She revealed on July 15, 2020, that she had gunshot wounds and had undergone surgery to remove them.
Her statement contradicted an earlier TMZ claim that she had wounded her foot on broken glass three days before while in a vehicle with rap and R&B singer Tory Lanez and an unnamed lady.
Police stopped the automobile and arrested Lanez on firearms charges after conducting a vehicle check. Megan confirmed on July 27, 2020, that she had been shot in both feet and disputed rumors during an Instagram Live session in which she recalled the shooting event and grieved.
Megan claimed the next month that Lanez was the person who shot her, stating that she did not tell the police about the shooting because she did not want to die.
Lanez’s fifth album, Daystar, was released on September 25, 2020, and he addressed Megan’s charges in almost every song, denying that he shot her and saying that she and her crew were trying to frame him.
Megan’s attorney, Alex Spiro, alleged in a statement to Variety on the same day that Lanez’s representatives sought to conduct a smear campaign against Megan, using faked texts to “peddle a false narrative” damning her.
Lanez’s team rejected this, saying they would examine who was behind the bogus emails and then take necessary action. Megan later revealed that Lanez and his colleagues offered her money to stay quiet about the event after it occurred.
On October 8, 2020, prosecutors in Los Angeles County accused Lanez of shooting Megan. Lanez’s arraignment was originally planned for October 13, 2020, but it was postponed until November 18 after his lawyers asked for a continuance.
Megan was awarded a protection order against Lanez, ordering him to keep at least 100 yards away from her and not contact her. He was also required to forfeit any firearms he possessed.
Lanez pled not guilty to assault with a semiautomatic weapon in late November of 2020. Megan released her debut studio album, Good News, in the same month, with the diss track ‘Shots Fired’ intended at Lanez serving as the album opening.
The song was well-received, with critics applauding its usage of sampling and interpolation from The Notorious B.I.G’s 1995 song ‘Who Shot Ya?’ Lanez was arrested in April 2022 for breaking the case’s protective order and later freed on a $350,000 bail.
Megan testified at Lanez’s assault trial on December 13, 2022, saying she “wish[ed Tory] would have just shot and killed me.” On December 23, 2022, a jury convicted Lanez of three felony counts related to the shooting: assault with a semiautomatic pistol, possessing a loaded and unlicensed firearm in a vehicle, and gross carelessness in discharging his weapon.
On August 8, 2023, Lanez was sentenced to ten years in jail for the shooting.

The singer’s music video for ‘She’s Come a Long Way’ features several strong women.
Britnee Kellogg is a talented country music singer who gained fame due to her appearance in seasons 11 and 12 of American Idol. Recently, she released the music video for ‘She’s Come a Long Way,’ which not only has good music but also good lyrics and a powerful message.
She premiered the music exclusively through People’s magazine and the music video included powerful women from her home state of Oregon who have made their way through extreme challenges.
Kellogg collaborated with Autumn McEntire on this song, who ironically turned out to be the niece of the person she idolizes the most. In a recent interview with People, she mentioned, “Reba McEntire is the love of my life. She’s the first cassette tape I ever owned. She has always been a huge inspiration for me musically.”
It was like fate that she met Autumn a few years back and got to work with her. “When I first met her several years ago, I knew her last name was McEntire, but that’s kind of a common last name,” says Kellogg.
She continues the conversation by saying, “I guess I never asked her until she posted something about having a cut on her aunt’s record and I was like, ‘Excuse me, you never told me this?!’ It made me respect her even more that she doesn’t go around bragging that she’s Reba’s niece. I think that says a lot about her character.”

The video then went on to introduce other powerful women, like 30-year-old Erica, a nurse who is in high demand. Then, Nikki was introduced, a 49-year-old layout engineer who survived a life-changing injury.

Other women included were 26-year-old business advisor and artist Kayla and 46-year-old Midwife Megan, who has delivered 500+ babies and has been clean and sober for 17 years. Next came Lisa, who is a special education teacher and a teen mother, followed by 37-year-old Mikeisha, who is a personal shopper, boutique owner, healthcare leader, and a wife and a mother.
The video also included 52-year-old Tracie, who is a property manager, and Slumberkins founders Kelly and Callie. The last person to be introduced was Angela, the co-founder of I Am Foster Kid.
Kellogg created this music video to honor how they’ve come a long way and still have much to do. She wanted to leave a very powerful message so that every woman is inspired by what they are doing.
