Patrick James Vellner, widely known as Patrick Vellner, is a Canadian CrossFit athlete and chiropractor. He made various individual CrossFit Games appearances and secured significant positions.

The athlete was born on July 14, 1990, in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada, to parents MartyVellner and Tikki Vellner, and has two brothers, Jonathan and Mitchell.
He was involved in gymnastics, lacrosse, and rugby from a young age. He retired from gymnastics in 2010 but continued playing lacrosse for a team in Vermont while studying kinesiology at McGill University in Montreal from 2012 to 2015.
Vellner was introduced to CrossFit by friends while studying at McGill University and began competing in the CrossFit Open in 2013.
