Inside Jofra Archer and Girlfriend Druanna Butler’s Relationship

Jofra Archer, an English and Barbadian cricket player who competes for England internationally, was born on April 1st, 1995. He is a right arm fast bowler.

He competes in domestic cricket for Sussex and other T20 franchises. Archer was chosen to represent England in limited-overs matches against Pakistan and Ireland in April 2019. In May 2019, he made his England debut at the international level. 

Archer was also a member of the England team that won the 2019 Cricket World Cup. Later following summer, during the 2019 Ashes series against Australia, he made his Test debut. Archer was selected as one of the Wisden Cricketers of the Year in April 2020.

In 2020, Archer was named the IPL‘s Most Valuable Player. He was purchased by the Mumbai Indians in the auction for the 2022 Indian Premier League competition in February 2022. He was also bought by the Southern Brave in April 2022 for The Hundred’s 2022 season.

Archer returned to international cricket in 2023, having been selected for England’s ODI series against South Africa, and took his best ODI match figures of 6-40 in the third match.

As per Daily Mail, Butler was spotted flirting with cricketer Archer at a paint festival in Barbados in 2019 and even claimed her to be his secret girlfriend.

The two had been captured in several photographs attending a paint festival in Barbados. Druanna had also been seen cheering on Archer at other cricket events in the same year.

The cricketer also tagged Butler in a photo he took close to a waterfall in Wellington Park, Tasmania. Archer, who bowled the critical super over that helped Eoin Morgan’s team win their first World Cup triumph, also posted a photo of the two on his Instagram story.

Archer, an England fast bowler, was not included in the second Test against the West Indies back in 2020 because he had violated the strict isolation protocols put in place to allow the return of international cricket.

Some media during the time also reported that Archer was visiting his girlfriend, Butler, although it was never confirmed.

Archer has been very secretive about his dating life and has not publicly acknowledged being in a relationship with Butler. It’s not known whether the pair are still together as of 2023 since there is no information about his love life on his Instagram. So we don’t know if he has a wife.

Archer Sr., an Englishman, met the cricketer’s mother, Joelle Waithe, while living in Barbados after being born to a Barbadian family in Catford, South East London.

Jofra was raised in Barbados and spent his formative years there. He obtained his own UK passport at the age of eight because his father is English and later relocated to the UK in 2015, according to The Times.
