Erik ten Hag Keeps His Wife and Children Away from Spotlight

Erik ten Hag is a married man, but he likes to keep his private life away from the social media.

Erik ten Hag, a former Dutch football player, is now a professional football manager. He currently serves as the manager of Manchester United, a Premier League club.

During his playing career, Ten Hag played as a center-back. He started his journey at the Eredivisie club Twente. In 1990, he joined De Graafschap and achieved success by winning the Eerste Divisie in his first season.

On April 21, 2022, Ten Hag was appointed as the manager of Manchester United, starting from the end of the 2021-22 season until June 2025, with the option to extend for another year. He was joined by Mitchell van der Gaag and Steve McClaren as part of his coaching staff.

On May 16, it was confirmed that Ten Hag had left his role at Ajax early to begin his preparations as the Manchester United manager for the 2022-23 season.

Erik Ten Hag is a married man

According to Metro, Manchester United’s manager is a married man. He is married to his wife Bianca Ten Hag and also has children. The source mentioned that they have 3 children, 2 daughters and a son, non of whose information is available.

Likewise, not much information is available about Ten Hag’s wife, Bianca, as she prefers to keep her personal life private. Even though her date of birth is not publicly known, some sources mentioned that she was born in the Netherlands.

Nothing other than that is known about the wife, not even their wedding date. However, The US Sun mentioned Bianca is between 45 and 50 years old, while Ten Hag, born on February 2, 1970, is 52.

Both of them maintain a low profile and rarely make public appearances together. They choose to keep their relationship away from the media spotlight.

Although the specific details of their relationship are not publicly disclosed, it is rumored that they have known each other since their childhood and were childhood sweethearts.

Erik Ten Hag started coaching since 2013

Ten Hag was born in Haaksbergen, Overijssel. During his playing career, he primarily played as a center-back for Twente, De Graafschap, RKC Waalwijk, and Utrecht. He had three separate stints with Twente, and it was during his time there that he won the KNVB Cup in the 2000-01 season.

Additionally, he achieved success by winning the Eerste Divisie with De Graafschap in the 1990-91 season. Ten Hag retired from professional playing in 2002 at the age of 32, while representing Twente, after the 2001-02 Eredivisie season.

In 2012, Ten Hag was appointed as the manager of Go Ahead Eagles in the Eerste Divisie. This opportunity was extended to him by Marc Overmars, who held a shareholder position in the club.

He then went on to coach Bayern Munich II from June 6, 2013, until 2015, when he was eventually replaced by Heiko Vogel. In the summer of 2015, Ten Hag took up the roles of sporting director and head coach at Utrecht. During his first season with the club, he guided them to a fifth-place finish.

Erik ten Hag took over as the head coach of Ajax on December 21, 2017, after Marcel Keizer was dismissed. In the 2018-19 UEFA Champions League, he led Ajax to the semi-finals, defeating Real Madrid and Juventus along the way. However, their hopes of reaching the final were dashed when they lost to Tottenham Hotspur in the second leg.

Amad Diallo’s Extra Time Goal Crashes Liverpool Out of Fa Cup

Liverpool are out of the FA Cup after a stunning late comeback from Manchester United. 21-year-Ivorian youngster Amad Diallo turned out to be a hero for the Red Devils as his 119-minute winner was enough to send them to the Semi-Finals.

The young winter came onto the pitch after the 85th minute and produced a clinic, finishing after setting up a blistering counter-attack in the first place. However, he will not be able to play in the semi-finals after getting sent off moments later.

Amad Diallo’s late winner ends Liverpool’s quadruple dream

In the match full of everything between the monumental rivals, Manchester United vs Liverpool did not disappoint the neutrals. However, nobody would have predicted it would be young 21-year-old Diallo to be a match-winner in a game of such magnitude.

The game started evenly until Manchester United took the lead in the 10th minute via Scott McTominay. Liverpool began to grow into the game, and within a minute remaining in the half, they scored two. Alexis MacAllister and Mohammed Salah scored for the Reds as they went into the lead at halftime.

It took the 83rd minute to tie off the score with Antony’s cool low shot with his weak foot. The match went into extra time. Nearly at the end of the first half of extra time, Harvey Elliot’s deflected shot gave Liverpool an advantage. However, there was still plenty of twist in the tale as Marcus Rashford capitalized on the mistake of Liverpool’s defense.

As the tie was heading out into penalties, there was a moment of brilliance from Ivorian as he quickly pounced on the loose ball and passed into Argentian Garnacho. He received a pass back from the Argentinian and slotted home in the bottom-left corner to send the Red Devils to the semi-finals.

Why did Amad Diallo get sent off after scoring a winner?

Diallo was so static with the winner in the 120th minute that he couldn’t stop removing his shirt. Taking your shorts off during the match is against the rule, which is why referees generally show the player a yellow card.

Since he was already booked in the 116th minute of the match, he received his second yellow in the 119th minute. Since two yellow turned out to be a red card in the professional football match, he was sent off after scoring a winner.

After receiving a red card, the Ivorian is now suspended for the premier league game against Brentford on March 30. However, after the late winner, he will be itching to come back on the field and help his team in the matches to come.

Amad Diallo’s career

Diallo was playing his club football for Boca Blanco. Rated as one of the best youngsters on the team, he was spotted by the scouts in Atlanta. The Ivorian moved to Atlanta in 2015, where he instantly started impressing in the youth team. He scored a crucial goal against Roma in the under-15 side to ensure his team’s first title victory.

After playing for four years in the youth setup, he finally moved to the senior team in 2019. He made his senior debut against Udinese in the 78th minute. In his debut game, he scored just four minutes later in a rampant 7-1 win. Just two years later, after his first appearance on the Seria A team, he made his debut in the UEFA Champions League.

In 2020, he finally got the big transfer he was dreaming of. He was signed by Manchester United in the January Transfer Window of 2021. The reported fee was approximately $25 million, which would rise to $40 million based on performance bonuses and add-ons.

Diallo has only played four matches for United in 2024 and has only scored one crucial goal: the winner against Liverpool.

Father's Influence, Son's Success: The Soccer Story of Timothy Weah

As the son of the former president of Liberia and 1995 Ballon d’Or winner George Weah, Timothy Weah was always destined for greatness.

Now, at age 24, he’s making his mark in the Italian Serie A just like his father did at AC Milan back in the 90s. With his performance and skills, he has always impacted sports fans and sportsbooks like ESPN BET. Sambafoot’s ESPN BET review is a great comprehensive guide for those interested in betting on Serie A and soccer in general.

In this article, we’ll be taking a closer look at Timothy Weah’s soccer career, including his success at Juventus and his personal life and net worth.

Soccer Career

First taught to play the beautiful game by his father George, Timothy Weah spent his childhood playing for multiple soccer academies in Florida and New York, eventually landing in the youth system of MLS side New York Red Bulls. After impressing with the Red Bulls academy, the versatile American footballer earned a move to Europe, joining the prestigious PSG academy in the heart of Paris.

Over the next five years, Weah would slowly start to build his career in the French capital but was never able to make a serious push into the first team, only making six appearances for the 11x Ligue 1 Champions, scoring twice. But, his tantalizing potential was enough to earn Weah his first call-up to the United States National Team against Paraguay in March 2018, and he scored his first international goal against Bolivia two months later.

Throughout his journey, Weah’s dedication to sports and passion for soccer have been evident, driving him to continually improve and pursue success at the highest levels of the game.

His career only really took off at club level following a six-month loan to Glasgow side Celtic in 2019, where he established himself as a key spark plug off the bench in a side that went on to win the Scottish Premiership. This performance was enough to earn him a five-year deal with up-and-coming French side Lille, who wanted Weah to be a key part of their future.

At Lille, Weah made over 100 first-team appearances as a versatile all-around player who could fill in as a wing-back, attacking winger, or striker, cementing himself as a key figure during a very successful run for the club. The US International star played a huge role in the club’s surprise 2020-21 Ligue 1 championship, making 37 appearances in all competitions for the French side during that historic season.

After a couple more successful seasons at Lille, Timothy Weah made the transfer to his current team Juventus following the 2022-23 season for a fee of over $11 million. He’s already seen the pitch 23 times for the Italian giants, scoring once. Making consistent appearances for one of, if not the, largest team in Italy at just 24 years old, Weah is set up for a bright future in club football as a talented multi-tool who can fit on practically any team.

On the international stage, Weah decided to play for the United States Men’s National Team due to a combination of team success and playing time, despite being eligible to suit up for France, Jamaica, or Liberia as well. Since making his international debut in 2018, he’s made 35 appearances for the senior national team, scoring five goals, including one in a 1-1 draw with Wales during the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Personal Life

Who are Timothy Weah’s parents and siblings?

Timothy Weah is the son of Liberian politician and soccer icon George Weah and Jamaican philanthropist and advocate Clar Weah. He also has two older siblings, sister Tita Weah and brother George Weah Jr, who also played professional soccer, mainly in Switzerland.

He is also the cousin of Kyle Duncan, another professional soccer player who currently plays for New York Red Bulls in Major League Soccer.

Timothy’s father George is one of the greatest ever soccer players from Africa and is still the only player on the continent who has been named FIFA World Player of the Year or won the Ballon d’Or. Not only was the elder Weah a dynamic force on the pitch, but he also proved himself an adept politician, serving as the president of Liberia from 2018 to 2024. During his time leading the country, the former AC Milan star helped improve Liberian educational and healthcare infrastructure while improving diplomatic relations with neighboring Senegal.

Is Timothy Weah in a relationship?

Not much is known about Timothy Weah’s dating life, but the player currently has no girlfriend and is single as of March 2024.

What is Timothy Weah’s net worth?

At Juventus, Timothy Weah is currently earning an annual salary of $2,184,850 for a total of nearly $14 million over five years. Most estimates have his current net worth somewhere between $1 and $5 million, but that can be expected to rise over the next few years given his sizable current contract.

Fans Enraged on Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson’s Boxing Rules

Jake Paul and Mike Tyson want their upcoming boxing bout to be sanctioned as a professional bout in Dallas, Texas. Paul’s manager laughed off claims that the two would wear headgear. The fight is set to be streamed live on Netflix and is scheduled for July 20 at the AT&T Stadium in Dallas, the home of the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys.

However, despite the fanfare surrounding the bout, boxer Chisora has made claims about the fight that might change people’s perceptions.

Jake Paul and Mike Tyson’s boxing rules revealed

Talking with the reporter, Chisora said, “I know for a fact they are using 18oz gloves and head guards. So we’re watching a sparring match. It’s a joke. You think I’m paying to watch that?” As per the report, the rules of the fight have not yet been officially confirmed.

Tyson said about the fight with the reporter, “I’m very much looking forward to stepping into the ring with Jake Paul. He’s grown significantly as a boxer over the years, so it will be a lot of fun to see what the will and ambition of a ‘kid’ can do with the experience and aptitude of a GOAT.

“It’s a full circle moment that will be beyond thrilling to watch; as I started him on his boxing journey on the undercard of my fight with Roy Jones and now I plan to finish him.”

No specific details have yet been released by Netflix or either fighter ahead of the July 20 bout, with the finer details seemingly still being discussed.

Paul has a 9-1 record in professional boxing, with his only loss coming to Tommy Fury last year. In his nine wins, he has some impressive knockouts to his resume, including over Tyron Woodley, Ben Askren, and professional boxers Andre August and Ryan Bourland.

Jake vs Mike Tyson boxing announcement on Google

Social media star-turned-boxer Jake Paul will fight former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson on July 20 at AT&T Stadium, Netflix announced.

The streaming platform will provide live coverage of the bout between 27-year-old Paul and 57-year-old Tyson, who hasn’t fought since he took on Roy Jones Jr. in an exhibition in November 2020. Paul and Tyson will be the main event of the first combat sports show for Netflix in its recent forays into live sports production.

Tyson posts workout videos on social media in which he looks sharp in training, but boxing is dangerous at any age. The California State Athletic Commission required his bout against Jones to be an exhibition — essentially a lively sparring session.

Paul built a huge fan following as a YouTube influencer before he got recognition as a professional boxer for the last four years. He has won nine out of 10 fights with six knockouts against mostly undistinguished opponents, including several mixed martial artists and being a  YouTuber.

Jake Paul’s boxing career

Paul made his boxing debut on January 30, 2020, against fellow YouTuber AnEsonGib (real name Ali Loui Al-Fakhri) in Miami, Florida. He won the fight via TKO in the first round, setting the stage for his future in boxing.

His next fight took place on November 28, 2020, against former NBA player Nate Robinson. The event was notable for being the undercard of the Mike Tyson vs. Roy Jones Jr. exhibition match. He won the fight by KO in the second round, further boosting his profile in the boxing world.

On April 17, 2021, he fought his first professional fighter, retired MMA fighter Ben Askren. Despite Askren’s limited boxing skills, the matchup garnered significant attention. He won the fight via a first-round TKO, raising questions about his ability to compete against more experienced boxers.

He faced former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley in two matches. The first took place on August 29, 2021, which he won by split decision after a closely fought match. They had a rematch on December 18, 2021, after Tommy Fury, Paul’s initially scheduled opponent, withdrew due to medical issues. He won the rematch by knocking out Woodley in the sixth round, marking a significant victory in his boxing career.

Jake Paul’s First Loss

He lost his first-ever boxing match against the amateur boxer Fury in a split decision. After the loss, he made a comeback against veteran UFC legend Nate Diaz.

Many fans are waiting for her highly anticipated fight against him and fellow YouTuber and influence boxer KSI. However, due to both of their separate contract demands, they are unable to fix the boxing event.
