Lisa Loring, best known as Wednesday Addams from The Addams Family sitcom from 1964 to 1966, passed away on January 28, 2023. She had a stroke caused by hypertension and smoking and breathed her last breath at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in California.

According to Hollywood Reporter, she passed away peacefully, surrounded by her children, Vanessa and Marianne. Before her death, Loring was married to four husbands.

However, all of her marriages were short-lived. Here is everything we know about Loring and her husband.

Lisa Loring’s first two husbands

Loring got married for the first time when he was 15. She got married to her childhood sweetheart, Farrell Foumberg, in 1973.

1974 was a challenging year for the actress. Her mother died from chronic alcoholism that year.

Moreover, she had just given birth to her first of two children, daughter Vanessa. At the time, she was 16 years old and was on her way to her first divorce.

Then, after seven years, Loring married her second spouse, Doug Stevenson. Stevenson was also involved in the entertainment business as a contract performer on Search for Tomorrow

The two tied the knot in 1981 and had a daughter named Marianne. But once again, Loring’s marriage ended in a divorce.

She parted ways with her second husband in 1983.

Lisa Loring’s turbulent married life

Five years later, she married the adult film star Jerry Butler (Paul Siederman) in 1987.

The two met when Loring served as a writer and make-up artist for Butler’s adult movie, Traci’s Big Trick. The two had a lot of ups and downs in their marriage.

Loring was unhappy with Butler working as an adult film star and did not hesitate to voice her opinion. Initially, Butler obliged her, but later, he started filming such movies secretly without letting his spouse know.

Butler claimed that he was addicted to such a lifestyle and was ashamed of his behavior and its effect on his marriage. This back and forth lasted for a while until their divorce in 1992.

The two did not have any children. It is reported that after their divorce, Butler hid from the limelight. He did not make adult movies and disappeared for a couple of years.

Out of all her husbands, Loring’s marriage with her third spouse caused a lot of disturbance in her mental health. She sought refuge in drugs and started using heroin.

She even tried to deliberately overdose herself after she found out her friend, Kelly Van Dyke, had committed suicide and hanged herself. Loring noted, “I was disillusioned about my adult life.”

But later, Loring went to a rehabilitation center and beat her addiction. She became sober and then was active in the dating game.

She married her fourth and last husband, Graham Ritch, in 2003. They also did not have any children together.

According to the court documents obtained by TMZ, the two separated in 2008 but filed for divorce in 2014. The reason for the late divorce is unknown.

They cited irreconcilable differences as the grounds for divorce and asked the court to terminate her spouse’s right to ask for spousal support. It is reported that Ritch died in 2022.

Since her fourth divorce, Loring remained single until she passed away in 2023.

However, Galvin quickly put those rumors to rest by sharing a playful video of herself and her partner on a ski trip. In the video, she jokingly referred to him as a “professional skier” before revealing that he works in real estate.

While she is currently based in Chicago, she disclosed during the Q&A that she is actively trying to relocate to New York City soon. It remains to be seen whether this move relates to her new relationship or if her boyfriend will join her in the Big Apple.

Regardless, fans are excited to witness this new chapter in Galvin’s life and eagerly anticipate more details about her mysterious partner.

Brittany Galvin was single for some time before this

Before finding her new romantic partner, Galvin navigated the single life for a significant period. In 2022, her dating status came up during an appearance on the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast hosted by Becca Kufrin and Thomas Jacobs.

When asked if she had seen anyone since her split from Tyler Norris, her coy smile seemed to hint at something, prompting the host to call her out on it playfully.

However, she clarified that she was not dating anyone specifically at that time, though she was open to meeting someone. She did express her desire to find a partner, admitting that the holiday season can be lonely without a significant other.

But now, After being single and actively seeking a partner, it appears that Brittany has finally found the special someone she was hoping for.

Brittany Galvin’s past relationship with Tyler Norris

Galvin’s past relationship with Norris was a significant chapter in her journey to find love within the Bachelor Nation.

Their connection blossomed on the shores of Mexico during Season 8 of Bachelor in Paradise, where they hit it off and became one of the final six couples to leave the beach together, though they did not get engaged.

An instant connection marked their initial meeting as they spent hours conversing into the night, forming a strong foundation for their budding romance.

While Norris briefly explored a connection with another contestant, Shanae, his heart ultimately gravitated toward Galvin. He admitted that after going on a date with someone else, he only desired to reunite with her.

After leaving Paradise as a couple, Brittany and Tyler’s relationship continued progressing, with them meeting each other’s families and spending significant time together. However, their fairy-tale romance was not meant to last, as they eventually parted ways.

What happened to their relationship after ‘Bachelor in Paradise’

Galvin and Norris’ relationship hit some turbulent waters after leaving Bachelor in Paradise as a couple. Despite their strong connection to the show, the challenges of the real world proved difficult to navigate.

After the initial blissful period of meeting each other’s families and friends, Galvin began having doubts about the long-term compatibility of their relationship.

The prospect of one of them having to relocate or maintain a long-distance dynamic weighed heavily on her mind.

She expressed a need for a break to reevaluate whether Norris was her person as she grappled with aligning their values and life goals. However, this intended break never materialized, and the relationship ultimately dissolved.

Galvin broke up with Tyler over FaceTime, which drew criticism from some viewers. She defended her choice, citing the short duration of their courtship and the long-distance nature of their situation, making a face-to-face breakup impractical.

The tension between the pair was palpable when they reunited at the Paradise reunion, catching Galvin off guard. She expressed frustration that the full context of their mutual breakup was not captured, leading to a flood of backlash from viewers.

Brittany Galvin’s thoughts on dating someone else from Bachelor Nation

Before being taken, Galvin kept an open mind when it came to love, whether it was with the Bachelor Nation or outside of it.

During her conversation with Becca Kufrin and Thomas Jacobs on the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast, she clarified that her priority is meeting a good, independent person, regardless of their association with the franchise.

However, she admitted to having a playful interest in John Paul Jones from Bachelor Nation, although she acknowledged the improbability of that situation unfolding.

Instead, she dropped a hint about being interested in someone from Bachelor Nation who resides in her current city of Chicago, piquing the curiosity of the podcast hosts.

After some guesswork, it was revealed that Brittany was referring to Andrew Spencer, a fellow contestant she formed a connection with during their time on Bachelor in Paradise

She clarified that while their relationship is platonic, she wouldn’t rule out exploring something more if the opportunity arose organically.

She enjoyed spending time with Andrew, free from the pressures and scrutiny of cameras, allowing them to nurture a genuine friendship without expectations.

Her prescription at the time shows her pragmatic approach to finding love, where the source of the connection matters less than the quality of the person and the potential for a meaningful, lasting relationship.

Kayley Bishop’s Smiles Masked Marital Woes With Husband on ‘The Voice'

Despite her radiant smiles on The Voice stage, singer Kayley Bishop was privately grappling with significant marital issues. While entertaining audiences with her powerful vocals, her marriage was on rocky ground behind the scenes.

The artist has recently opened up about this challenging period, revealing how her new song ‘Hold On Honey’ was inspired by her troubled relationship with her husband. She also shared details about her turmoil on the popular singing competition show.

Today, we delve into what is known about her marital struggles and her reflections on navigating that problematic phase.

Kayley Bishop openly discussed her marital problem

Bishop’s candid revelations shed light on the harsh realities she faced within her marriage. Having tied the knot at the young age of 23 after meeting her ex-husband when she was just 19, Bishop found herself trapped in an emotionally taxing situation.

She describes her marriage as a period where she felt she “wasn’t really living,” indicating a sense of suppression and lack of freedom within the relationship.

She also recounts how she had developed a defense mechanism of bottling up her emotions, convincing herself that she was immune to hurt and never allowing herself to shed tears.

Looking back, she realized that this emotional detachment was a coping strategy to deal with the deeper issues she was grappling with. She painfully acknowledges that her voice and emotional well-being were denied within the marriage.

Instead of being heard and validated, Bishop found herself constantly being portrayed as the problem, even when she was the victim of gaslighting, selfish behavior, and abuse from her ex-husband.

Kayley Bishop moved to Nashville with her husband at the time

Bishop’s journey to pursue her musical dreams in Nashville was intertwined with her marriage to Matt Hill, her high school sweetheart. The couple, both graduates of Fort Myers High School, took a leap of faith and relocated to the Music City in 2013.

Their relationship had its roots in an unexpected encounter at a ballroom dancing competition, where they first crossed paths. While she pursued her passion for music, her husband, Hill, had his entrepreneurial ambitions in the footwear industry.

When Kayley made waves on The Voice, Hill was building his athletic shoe line, MHILL. Still, their relationship was just recently known.

Inspired by the iconic Converse All-Star, Hill aimed to elevate the game by incorporating premium materials and meticulous attention to detail.

His drive to create his line of basketball shoes stemmed from his love for collecting and a desire to break free from the dominance of established brands like Nike and Air Jordan.

While Kayley’s star was on the rise in the music world, Hill balanced his entrepreneurial pursuits with a day job selling medical supplies for Target Medical.

But between two budding careers in separate fields requiring so much focus, their relationship went through many turmoils that Bishop admitted to.

How Kayley Bishop reflects on her time on ‘The Voice’

Although she struggled behind the scenes, Bishop’s time on The Voice, while brief, left a profound impact on her journey as an artist and individual.

Despite being eliminated in the battle round after going head-to-head with fellow contestant Kameron Marlowe, Bishop’s performance garnered high praise from the judges. Kelly Clarkson acknowledged her unique vocal talent, and Adam Levine labeled her “mega-talented.”

Looking back on that experience, Bishop reflects with a sense of enlightenment and personal growth. If given the chance to guide her younger self from that time, she would impart words of empowerment and self-belief.

“I would’ve said, you are more capable than you could ever imagine,” Bishop shares, recognizing the immense potential that lay dormant within her.

Her message to her past self is one of resilience and unwavering belief in one’s dreams, reassuring that the challenges and setbacks of today are merely stepping stones towards becoming the best version of oneself.

“You’re more capable of things. You are truly going to be a dream version of yourself. Just you wait four years, just wait,” Bishop advises, her words carrying a sense of hard-earned wisdom and personal transformation.

Now embracing her newfound independence and happiness as a single woman, Bishop’s reflections on her time on The Voice serve as a testament to the power of perseverance and self-discovery.

Kayley Bishop’s new song ‘Hold on Honey’ is an anthem for her old self

Bishop has said that her new single, ‘Hold On Honey,’ is an anthem that speaks directly to her younger self, a vulnerable and resilient version of herself that she has grown to embrace and appreciate.

The song’s genesis can be traced back to a commission by Tyler Ward of Song House, where Bishop was tasked with writing a letter to her past self, explicitly targeting the ages of 19 to 23.

This period, coinciding with her early adulthood and the beginnings of her marriage, held significant personal challenges and emotional turmoil. As Bishop delved into the songwriting process, the words seemed to flow effortlessly, as if divinely guided.

“I knew exactly what I needed to say to that girl in this song. I wrote it 30 minutes later. It totally just fell from the sky. I really say it fell from heaven and landed on my lap,” she recalls, underscoring the profoundly personal nature of the lyrics.

While the initial intent was to craft a song that could resonate with others, Bishop soon realized that ‘Hold On Honey’ had become an anthem for her former self – a younger version grappling with adversity and needing empowerment.

“It turned out to be kind of an anthem to that girl that I used to be,” she says quietly, acknowledging the profoundly personal connection she has forged with the song.

For Bishop, ‘Hold On Honey’ is not merely a cathartic release but a beacon of hope and empowerment for anyone facing their struggles.

“It’s all about empowerment,” she emphasizes, expressing her desire to not only share her story but also to walk alongside others on their journeys toward healing, sobriety, and the pursuit of the life they were meant to live – a life free from the bondage of past traumas and emotional turmoil.

Through her vulnerable and authentic songwriting, Bishop crafted a powerful anthem that serves as a bridge between her past and present selves, offering solace, strength, and a renewed sense of purpose to herself and her listeners.
