Former The Bachelorette contestant J.P. Rosenbaum, whose full name is Jordan Paul Rosenbaum, is mourning the death of his beloved mother.

Fans first met Jordan in 2011 when he competed to win the heart of Ashley Hebert on The Bachelorette season 7. He would eventually go on to marry Hebert and welcome two children with her before deciding to divorce in October 2020.

While together, fans would see Jordan, his now-former wife, and their kids share joyous moments alongside their family, including many with Jordan’s mother, Ilene Rosenbaum. Now, Jordan has revealed that his beloved mother has passed away.

On Tuesday, January 30, 2024, the reality TV star took to his Instagram handle to announce the death of his mother in an emotional tribute. Jordan had posted a series of pictures of his now-late mom alongside his family.

The first picture showed Jordan hugging his mother from behind. Other images showed Ilene sharing a happy time with Jordan’s son, daughter, and former wife, Hebert. Likewise, one photo was of Jordan’s mom and dad alongside Jordan’s kids.

Jordan then wrote a heart-wrenching caption, mentioning he didn’t know what to say as there were no words to describe his mother and what she meant, not just to her own family but also to those people whose lives she had touched.

He then stated that whenever he looked back at his childhood or the happy moments from his childhood memory, there was always a person who was at the center of all of it: his mother.

He wrote, “When I think back on my childhood, think back to every single happy moment from every childhood memory, my mom was always at the center of it ALL, and to say that I was lucky, well, that just doesn’t do it justice.”

“She was the perfect mother whose life centered around making others happy: her kids, her husband, her family, her friends, and everyone else whose path she crossed. And that’s something that she NEVER ever stopped doing! She was one of a kind,” Jordan added.

Continuing his tribute, he mentioned that time is a gift and the only thing people never seem to have enough of. Still, he was eternally grateful to share 47 years with his mother, and he will cherish every single minute they shared together.

“I cherish every single minute we shared together, every single minute of seeing her with her with her grandkids, which made her happier than anything,” he wrote. “Mom, your memory will live on through your kids and your grandkids, for that I am certain,” Jordan added.

As he reached the end, Jordan wrote that there was much more in his heart and mind that he could say, but he would share those thoughts with her through his prayers and with his children as they grew up.

“There is so much more that I could say, so much more in my heart and on my mind, but perhaps I’ll just continue to share those thoughts with you through my prayers and with Fordy & Essie as they grow up.”

“Thank you for the life you provided, the sacrifices you made, the guidance, the support, and most of all, the abundance of love that you never ever stopped giving. Rest well, Mom. I love you,” he concluded his tribute.

Jordan’s emotional tribute was also reshared by his former wife, Hebert, via her Instagram story. From his post, she chose a picture of her daughter, Essie, and her former mother-in-law and wrote, “No words,” alongside a prayer hands emoji and a red heart emoji.

Similarly, the former Bachelorette contestant received love and support from other fellow members of Bachelor Nation. For instance, Jason Tartick commented, “Sorry for your loss JP, sending you and your family love.”

“I’m so sorry, JP,” wrote Ashley Iaconetti, while former The Bachelorette producer Elan Gale commented, “I’m so sorry for your loss, buddy. Love you and your whole family. So glad I got to meet your mom, she was truly special.”

As of this writing, there is no revelation on the official cause of death of Jordan’s mom. On the other hand, his mother is now survived by her husband, Peter Rosenbaum, and her two sons, J.P. Rosenbaum and Roy Rosenbaum.

Lily Allen Car Accident 2026: Porsche Run Off Road by HGV

Pop icon and West End Girl singer Lily Allen has left fans stunned after revealing she was involved in a serious road collision in early January 2026. The singer took to Instagram to share photos of her damaged luxury Porsche, following a frightening encounter with a Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV).

While the damage to her vehicle was significant, Allen reassured her followers that she escaped the ordeal physically unharmed—though her signature wit remains as sharp as ever.

“Happy to be Alive”: The Details of the Accident

Sharing the news with her millions of followers on January 19, 2026, Allen posted a series of images showcasing the aftermath of the crash. The photos revealed extensive scraping along the side of her Porsche and damage to the wheel arch, suggesting a side-swipe encounter at high speeds.

In her characteristically blunt style, Allen captioned the update:

“Could have done without an HGV running me off the road but other than that a relatively good start to 2026. Happy to be alive and to not be posting any photos taken in 2016.”

The “four-word update”—happy to be alive—quickly trended across social media, with fans and fellow celebrities flooding her comments section with messages of relief.

Shaking Off 2025: A Fresh Start for Lily

The accident comes at a pivotal moment for the 40-year-old artist. Following her high-profile separation from Stranger Things star David Harbour in early 2025 and her subsequent return to the music scene with the critically acclaimed album West End Girl in October, Allen has been vocal about her journey toward healing and sobriety.

Her mention of “not posting any photos taken in 2016” is a direct jab at the “10-Year Challenge” currently sweeping Instagram, where users compare their current selves to photos from a decade ago. For Lily, 2016 was a notoriously difficult year marked by personal struggles—and she clearly has no interest in looking back.

What’s Next for Lily Allen?

Despite the automotive setback, 2026 is shaping up to be a massive year for the star:

  • UK Tour: Her “Lily Allen Performs West End Girl” tour is set to kick off in March 2026, with dates already sold out at the London Palladium.
  • Festival Season: She is confirmed to headline several major European festivals, including Lollapalooza Berlin in July.
  • Podcast Success: Her hit BBC podcast Miss Me? continues to dominate the charts as she remains one of the most unfiltered voices in British media.
