The news of Scott having a secret Instagram account was revealed or leaked accidentally, thanks to Julianne Moore. However, while Scott’s fans think it’s the latest news, it’s not, as this is the second time Moore seemingly revealed Scott’s secret Instagram.

The first time it happened was on January 6, 2024, when the actress took to her Instagram stories to share a post by Flaunt Magazine featuring a picture of Scott and his All of Us Strangers co-star Paul Mescal.

She tagged Scott’s secret Instagram account on her Instagram story, either deliberately or by accident. This was noticed by one observant Twitter user who , “laughing OUT LOUD at Julianne Moore tagging Andrew Scott’s private Instagram.”

Similarly, the second time the May December actress revealed Andrew Scott’s secret Instagram handle was on Wednesday, January 10, 2024. She had posted a picture of herself with Scott taken on the red carpet of the 81st Golden Globes.

Over the picture, she tagged his Instagram handle, followed by three kiss emojis. As for Scott’s secret Instagram handle, it’s currently private. He has made 130 posts, is following 636 people, and is followed by 367 people.

Moreover, he is followed by multiple actors, fellow co-stars, and internet stars, including Richard Madden, Amelia Dimoldenberg, Chris Olsen, Ben Aldridge, Lee Pace, Zane Phillips, and Lukas Dhont.

Likewise, since Moore leaked Scott’s secret Instagram handle or Finsta for the second time, social media has gone ablaze. People on different social media platforms like Twitter and Reddit are reacting to this.

For instance, when one Reddit user posted this news, another hilariously took a jab at Scott’s low followers and wrote, “367 followers… he’s just like me fr.” “Aww… she’s trying to help him get his follower count up,” another Redditor replied.

“Such a mom thing to do,” remarked one Redditor. As the comments increased, people also showered Scott with some love as one wrote, “I love that every celebrity loves Andrew Scott,” with another replying, “I think it’s bc he’s truly talented and truly decent.”

Over Twitter, one user generously asked others to be normal and not follow him. “All of you burned Jeremy Strong’s private Instagram, and now you’re going to do the same to Andrew Scott’s. Please be normal,” they .

Another Twitter user had the same feeling as they mentioned that they would not be sending a follow request to him. They tweeted, “Sorry, I have manners and will not be requesting Andrew Scott’s private Instagram. God, some of you can not say the same.”

The same thing was also pointed out by a Twitter user who mentioned that Scott’s private Instagram account wasn’t so secret as his stylists have also allegedly tagged him on their Instagram handles for a while now.

This claim was proved when Twitter user @rawrkristina a screenshot of Scott’s stylist, Warren Alfie Baker, tagging Scott while posting pictures of him from his photo shoot before the Golden Globes.

After a quick glance at Baker’s Instagram posts featuring Scott, it was found that he has been tagging the actor in almost every Instagram post, with the latest being on January 10, 2024, when Baker posted the cover of Out Magazine featuring Scott and Mescal.

That said, many felt sorry for the Sherlock star as they felt his notifications would be flooded with follow requests from thousands of fans. For now, nothing can be said on whether he will accept any of the follow requests from his fans.
