Nikita Dragun has shared her life with her fans and followers via YouTube and Instagram.
She is very open about various aspects of her life, including before and after her transition, including the plastic surgery she has had to date. Dragun joined the world of YouTube in 2013.

Growing up, Dragun did not realize that she was a boy. She loved makeup, played with Barbies, and loved to dress up. She would dream as a woman and knew that something was not right at an early age.
It was not until later that she realized that she was a man and her fantasy of being a woman must be hidden. At the time, no one talked about being transgender or the before and after the transition process.
As a result, she associated herself with being gay and thought that she was one as well. As she got older, she became aware of gender and realized that she was not happy with being a boy.
After her YouTube career took off, she moved to Los Angeles, where she got to branch out and experience a new world. She got to explore the LGBTQ+ community and met transgender males and females for the first time in her life.
She got a newfound support in her life, and as a grown adult, she could make her own choices. So, after she came to the realization that she was a woman, she gathered the courage to tell her parents about it.
Her parents always knew about how Dragun was not happy with herself. As a result, when she told them about her being a woman, her parents completely supported her.
She uploaded the video late in 2015 because she wanted to go into 2016 as a newfound person — both externally and internally. She also launched a new series on her channel called Transformation Tuesday where one Tuesday a month she would talk about her before and after journey of being a trans woman.

She also revealed that she was on Hormone Replacement Therapy and there were a lot of changes going on in her body. She majorly made the video also an encourage fellow transgender people who are going through the same thing as she was.
Soon after Dragun revealed that she was a trans woman, she underwent various plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures.

To date, Dragun has gotten a lot of plastic surgeries. On Jul 23, 2018, she made a video titled, ‘Have I Gotten THE Surgery…’ where she admitted that she was addicted to plastic surgery.
In the video, she said, “I recently broke this addiction, and I know that’s really a lot to take in but let me explain.”
She first talked about the before and after of her transitioning via hormone therapy, claiming that it was the most difficult part of the transition. Her body changed according to the hormones, which led her to get a lot of procedures and plastic surgery.
She has gotten facial feminization surgery, her brow bone and jaw shaved, a nose job, breast implants, and another plastic surgery to fix some complications with her breast tissues. Talking about her addiction to plastic surgery, Dragun revealed the reason behind it being her need to pass off as a woman and feel that confidence.
Her no makeup look did not make her confident or make her feel like a woman. As a result, she nitpicked herself and got various procedures to make herself feel good.
She explained, “I feel this immense pressure to need to pass, to need to be a woman, to need to feel this level of confidence, so I was really in this dark place where I had to look in the mirror and stop myself from wanting to change everything because it got to the point where I didn’t even know why I was doing the surgeries anymore.”
After various procedures, she realized that her plastic surgery was doing more harm than good to her. “I felt so embarrassed that I was fixing and doing so many things that it just didn’t matter anymore and I was actually doing more harm than good,” she added.
While Dragun has not admitted to getting a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), many believe that she did get one, comparing before and after photos of her. On March 24, 2021, she revealed that she had gotten a nose job four times.
She talked about her insecurity with her nose and took her fans and followers throughout the journey. Her parents were there with her while she got her plastic surgery, where Dragun sported a no makeup look and a hospital gown.
In the hospital, she revealed that she was not just getting the rhinoplasty for cosmetic purposes but also her health. She interviewed Dr. Daniel Yoo, who claimed that he was giving her more definition and refinement to the tip of her nose and nostrils.
He was also adding more structure to her nose. Dragun then noted that she wanted to make her nose more feminine.
