Shanna Moakler’s Three Children Unfollows Her on Instagram — Here Is What We Know

In celebrity culture, unfollowing someone on Instagram means you want nothing to do with them. Usually, people unfollow and block others to signify a breakup.

However, this time, Shanna Moakler and Travis Barker’s children, Landon Barker, Alabama Barker, and Atiana De La Hoya, have unfollowed their mother — Atiana is the daughter of Moakler and her former partner Oscar De La Hoya, whom Travis adopted as his own.

It seems like they chose to unfollow their mother after Moakler was caught shading Travis and his current spouse, Kourtney Kardashian.

Shanna Moakler’s children unfollow her

Moakler had been throwing shade at her ex-husband for quite some time. She was commenting about her relationship with Travis on Instagram.

For instance, @ever_after_2022 commented on one of her selfies, “Scary thing about Travis is all the woman he was with is no one concerned of the high-risk HPV this guy probably has? Cervical cancer NO JOKE PPL its real Kourtney is not very bright get tested stay safe always.”

Moakler responded to this by saying, “ I love watching the tik toks about all the women he was with and no one wants to address the fact he was married.”

Moreover, she had also been throwing shade at Kardashian, complaining about how she posted less about her kids and more about Travis’s children. Kardashian shares three children, Penelope, Mason, and Reign, with her former partner Scott Disick.

Soon after Moakler’s comments surfaced, it seemed like her children were not happy with it. Alabama, Landon, and Atiana are close with their stepmother and father.

In fact, Alabama took to Instagram Stories to gush about Kardashian on her birthday and called her the best stepmother they could ask for.

“You’re the best stepmom I could ask for, you are so caring and generous for others, you are such a family person and such a hard-working mom,” she wrote. “Even if you don’t feel good or had a hard day, you always put your family first. You have such a beautiful aura, I wouldn’t want another stepmom.”

Alabama, Landon, and Atiana took to Instagram to unfollow their birth mother. Some speculated that they might have blocked Moakler, but it is unknown if they just blocked her or simply unfollowed her.

Shanna Moakler wants an apology

Travis and Kardashian got married in April 2022 in a lavish ceremony. Now a year later, their extravagant wedding was showcased in a Hulu special ‘Til Death Do Us Part Kourtney & Travis, on April 13, 2023.

In the show, the pair is deemed as one true love, and Travis’s kids seem to agree as such. Moreover, Moakler was not happy with her son’s speech at Travis and Kardashian’s wedding. 

Langdon had praised the reality TV star for being a mother figure in his life and filling the void in him. He appreciated how Kardashian looked out for him like a mother, had his back, and taught him morals.

He lauded her for filling the empty spot in his heart and pointed out that Travis and Kardashian together were the epitome of true love. Soon after the episode aired, Moakler’s fans and followers took to Instagram to show support for the model.

One fan wrote, “I hope that you get a huge apology someday for what was said on that exploitative, money-grabbing, circus. ‘He’s been through Hell’ ‘Kourtney has filled a void for me.’ #parentalalienationawareness.” Moakler showed support for the comment by liking it. 

Similarly, she had problems with Kardashian saying she had six children and not just three. All of these seem to be a factor for Moakler’s kids to unfollow her.

At the time of writing, neither Moakler nor her kids have commented on the latter’s decision to unfollow her.
