Kai Cenat has been sharing his life online since 2018 yet has kept his dating life and relationship history private.

He is an American live streamer and YouTuber best known for his Twitch live streams and comedy-based YouTube material. He started his journey on YouTube even before graduating high school. 

Currently, he also streams on Twitch, and on February 28, 2023, he became the most-subscribed Twitch live stream of all time, breaking the previous record established by fellow broadcaster Ludwig.

He was even named the “Streamer of the Year” at both the 12th and 2023 Streamy Awards. Despite living his life in front of the public’s eye for almost five years, Cenat has kept his personal life private.

As said before, Cenat has kept his personal life private. He has never talked about dating anyone or having a girlfriend.

Moreover, his social media does not hint at him being in a relationship with anyone. Therefore, it is safe to presume he is single and not in a romantic relationship.

He may not be officially seeing anyone, but Cenat may be seeing someone secretly, and specifics have not yet been made public. So, unless the Twitch streamer reveals details about his love life, nothing can be said for sure.

Kai Cenat’s relationship with Jovi Pena

TikToker Jovi Pena accused Cenat of refusing to assist her following her alleged rape on January 5, 2023, during a Cenat-hosted New Year’s Eve party. Cenat, according to Pena, instructed her to sleep in an upstairs room because she was too inebriated to allow her to leave the party when she requested it.

Pena then claimed that Djigui Seck, an attendant, entered her sleeping chamber and brutally raped her to the point where she bled. Pena accused Cenat of not sufficiently responding to her queries concerning the suspected rapist.

Cenat responded live on January 6, 2023, stating he had met with the police and his attorneys about his lack of reaction. He also said he did not want the incident to be extensively publicized.

He said that Seck had been a close friend of his since high school but that he was uninformed of the alleged rape and had not maintained contact with either person since it occurred.

As a result, Cenat ceased to share information online and was waiting for the problem to be resolved and the situation to be addressed.

Even though Cenat is not directly involved, Pena has accused him of providing poor answers and lying about the matter. According to Pena, she was the only one who called the cops about the event; Cenat did not. 

This was in reaction to Cenat’s stream comment that his attorneys had instructed him not to discuss the subject in public. Since then, Cenat has not talked about the situation.
