She said, “It has consumed most of my childhood and all of my teenage years and I am still struggling with health issues related to destroying my body and starving it of nutrients for many years.”

She expressed her vulnerability, explaining that she had noticed an increasing number of negative comments about her body via The Sun. 

She felt compelled to respond to the criticism, even though she understood that it was sadly a part of the experience of being a well-known online personality.

Nihachu urged viewers to place themselves in the shoes of people in her community who may have faced similar struggles. 

The 21-year-old said, “It is not okay to subject people to comments like these, especially when body image and comparing bodies is something super consuming in our day and age.”
