Stone revealed that she uses extra virgin coconut oil on her skin as it doesn’t cause any irritation or rashes on her skin, attributing this to its anti-yeast and anti-bacterial properties.
In her skincare routine, she also uses baking soda as an exfoliant, effectively removing excess oil and dullness while the alkaline properties eliminate dead skin cells and restore the skin’s normal pH levels.
Moreover, in an interview with Glamour, the actress shared that she regularly switches up her skincare routine. Despite the changes, she consistently relies on natural ingredients such as grapeseed oil, coconut oil, argan oil, and olive oil, which remain constant in her regimen.
Stone further stated that due to her dry skin, she is selective about the products she uses, emphasizing her preference for those that cater to her specific skincare needs.

The actress then embarked on a journey to gain 15 pounds of lean muscle. Discussing her workout routine, her trainer, Walsh, revealed that Stone particularly enjoyed the strength element of her workouts, achieving a deadlift of 185 pounds.
Walsh explained, “Emma was pretty light and had a very petite, dancer-type body. I wanted to put some weight on her, some muscle on her. We shifted the diet plan. She started taking in more good, healthy calories.”
He also emphasized a significant change in protein intake for Stone, ensuring it was elevated to optimize recovery. As part of her recovery regimen, she incorporated a substantial protein shake immediately after workouts, complemented by Greek yogurt as a nighttime snack.
