Romeo Alexander and Girlfriend Caroline Engaged Six Months after Dating

Romeo Alexander, a familiar face to Bachelor Nation fans, initially captured the audience’s attention on Season 18 of The Bachelorette and later returned on Season 8 of Bachelor in Paradise.

In the tumultuous journey of reality television love, Alexander found himself entangled in a complex love triangle with Jill and Kira and ended up being single again after his time in Bachelor in Paradise. 

However, fate had other plans for Alexander, and shortly after his stint in Bachelor in Paradise, he found love off-screen with his girlfriend, Caroline.

Recently, the couple, who had been dating for a mere six months, decided to take their relationship to the next level. Alexander chose the stunning background of New York City’s Central Park during the holiday season to pop the question.

On December 28, 2023, he shared the joyous news via his Instagram handle by posting loving images of the engagement. Accompanying the pictures was a short and sweet caption where he had written, “We’re engaged!”

A day later, he shared more pictures that were taken after his engagement proposal was accepted by his girlfriend. The pictures showed a clear view of Caroline’s rectangle-shaped engagement ring and the love birds kissing each other.

“She said yes!” he captioned his post. But the romantic escapade didn’t end there, as the newly engaged couple celebrated their love by jetting off to Isla Mujeres Island, Mexico, ushering in the New Year with blissful moments.

Alexander shared glimpses of their tropical getaway, sharing several pictures with Caroline, and wrote, “Ringing in the New Year with my fiancée.”

On the other hand, Caroline also posted an array of pictures on her Instagram from their getaway, writing, “A perfect start to 2024,” to which Alexander replied, “High Resolution for the New Year!”

The comment section was full of congratulations and well wishes from fellow Bachelor Nation stars and fans worldwide. For instance, fellow Bachelor Nation star Nate Mitchell wrote, “Aye congrats my guy.”

Accompanying the video was a simple yet powerful caption that read, “I’m yours,” a testament to the depth of their connection. Caroline, who hails from the realms of both music and technology, reciprocated the sentiment by reposting the video on her own Instagram.

Moreover, she used her Instagram Stories to share candid photos of the couple along with heart emojis, providing glimpses into their shared moments of joy.

Caroline also later took to her social media on September 14, 2023, unveiling a series of enchanting pictures capturing what seemed to be a romantic European escapade with her now-fiancée.

Her caption, “Summer in Europe with you,” hinted at a relationship that may have blossomed as early as June 2023.
