Marcus Rosner has added a new tattoo to his collection, and his fans and followers are fascinated by the concept of it.

Out of all the tattoos Rosner has inked on his body, this one is the most intricate and detailed. The tattoo is of a brain detailing the left and right sides of the brain.

According to Rosner, he wanted to depict what goes inside his head all day. Moreover, he mentioned that he has always connected the left brain and right brain concepts.

According to the Left Brain/Right Brain theory, if you think primarily analytically and methodically, you are left-brained. If you are more creative or artistic, you are right-brained.

This notion is based on the fact that the brain’s two hemispheres operate differently. Although the two sides of your brain appear to be fairly similar, they process information extremely differently.

Despite their differing styles, your brain’s two sides do not function separately. Nerve fibers link various areas of the brain; therefore, there is always a connection between the two sides of the brain — as perfectly depicted by Rosner’s tattoo.

He titled his tattoo, ‘The Battle Within,’ and worked together with tattoo artist Mr.Koo (@mrkootattoo) to develop the design. He took the left and right sides of the brain side by side and made the design into three segments.

The first one is producing/acting, the second is business/art, and the third is work/play. Netizens were amazed by the details of the tattoo and took to the comment section to appreciate it.

One of them wrote, “Wow, such a unique and individual tattoo,” and another gushed, “Probably the most interesting tattoo that I have ever seen!”

Many appreciated the meaning behind the tattoo. A netizen commented, “What a beautiful expression of your inner soul. The combination of all that stimulates your passions brought to life through art,” and another penned, “That is very cool Marcus. Love personal meaningful tattoos.”

This is not the only meaningful tattoo Rosner has. He has three more tattoos inked on his body — one on his chest, one on his foot, and one behind his ear.

Rosner has tattooed the words “…and of course, as always, the answer is balance” on his chest. Giving the meaning behind his tattoo, he wrote on Instagram, “From the moment I wake up until the moment I fall asleep my mind races.”

“Constantly working to figure ‘it’ out. But in the end, after pushing everything to the limit, I always come back to the same inescapable conclusion…” he added.

On his foot, he tattooed the initials of his name along with four of his best friends. He gave the backstory on his Instagram and said when they were 15 years old, they snuck into the rafters of their high school gym and wrote their names on an air duct.

Years later, one of his friends, who now works at the school, went to check up on the names, and it was still there. He sent a photo to Rosner, and the actor decided to get it tattooed on his foot.

When he was ready to propose to his now wife, Rosner knew he wanted to ask his four friends to be his Groomsmen. So, he got the tattoo of their signatures and showed them at his engagement party.

He wrote on Instagram, “When I was ready to pop the question this past NYE I knew those were the guys I wanted as my Groomsmen and figured that a crazy/stupid/awesome way to tell them would be tattooing all of our 15-year-old signatures on my foot and showing them at my engagement party.”

Rosner has tattooed a rose behind his ear, dedicated to his wife, Ali Kroeker. The duo got married after dating for nine years. So, on their tenth anniversary of being together and one year of being married, he got a rose tattooed for his wife.

“Public Display of Affection,” he wrote in the initial part of his caption. “Today is 10 years together. 1 year married. Happy New Years, my love,” Rosner concluded his caption.
