Josh Richards Says He Is Not Dating Dixie D’Amelio Right Now

Ever since it was confirmed that Dixie D’Amelio and Noah Beck broke up, people have been speculating about D’Amelio’s love life.

She has been linked to a couple of people since her break up, but most prominently, people believe she is dating fellow TikToker, Josh Richards.

The rumors of them dating started in January 2023. The rumors arose when D’Amelio hosted the afterparty for Richards’s 21st birthday at the end of January.

Despite numerous fan speculations linking the two, neither Dixie nor Josh had officially acknowledged or denied whether or not they were dating — until now.

Is Josh Richards dating Dixie D’Amelio?

As said before, the rumors of them being in a relationship started in late January 2023. D’Amelio had attended Richards’s birthday party and even held an afterparty at her house.

Richards was questioned by his co-hosts from BFFs Podcast on Episode 116 if he was interested in D’Amelio to which he replied, “I don’t got to say much. The afterparty was good, though.”

Then, for some time, it seemed like the rumors of the relationship died down. However, it did not take long for them to resurface.

Richards and D’Amelio attended the Super Bowl LVII 2023 with the latter’s sister, Charli, and her boyfriend, Landon Barker. Richards and D’Amelio were photographed at a Sports Illustrated party in February before the NFL game as well.

Around the same time, Bryce Hall hinted that Richards might be dating the TikToker. Hall posted a TikTok with Richards with the caption, “you’re tweaking if you wanna date Dixie D’Amelio.”

As a result, Richards was put on the spot by his friend, and he had to address the relationship rumors. He then responded to Hall saying, he did not know that Hall would insinuate his relationship with D’Amelio.

He posted a playful PSA on his Instagram stories, stating that he had no idea what Hall was going to do in the TikTok. Not only that, but Josh posted a stitch with Hall on TikTok, joking, it was hard to be friends with him.

“I have to start making these PSA videos before I film with Bryce just so people know that I go into these [expletive] clueless, alright?” he said. “This is my video saying this ain’t my fault, whatever is about to be posted. This ain’t my fault. I had nothing to do with it. I don’t even see it until it’s posted!”

Josh Richards denied the rumors

After months of speculation, Richards finally addressed the relationship rumors once and for all. He finally opened up about his relationship status with D’Amelio in an interview with Entertainment Tonight at the Kid’s Choice Awards 2023.

“No, we’re not dating,” he clarified when asked about it. “We’re just friends right now.” Soon after the interview, fans noted how Richards said “right now.”

They speculated that the TikToker would probably date D’Amelio in the future if he got the chance to do so. At the time of writing, neither Richards nor D’Amelio has responded to the former’s statement.

That being said, Richards claimed to be single and searching for a relationship with the appropriate partner. He said, “I think I’m ready to get into a relationship soon probably. It’s been a while.”
