Rachael Kirkconnell‘s impressive weight loss journey is attributed to her dedicated workout routine. Expressing her enthusiasm for workouts, she shared details of her transformative journey.

On April 29, 2022, she took to Instagram to share a video that showed Kirkconnell engaged in a series of dynamic cardio and abs exercises using the Beachbody app.

She enthusiastically shared, “Who says you have to leave your house to get some cardio in? I’ve learned countless cardio exercises through my @beachbody app.”

She also emphasized the accessibility of these exercises, emphasizing that they can be seamlessly incorporated into one’s routine, regardless of location.

She also provided her workout routine, consisting of five rounds featuring various exercises such as jumping lunges, v crunches, squat jacks, mountain climbers, hip dip planks, and curtsy lunges, each performed for 30 seconds.

Kirkconnell revealed the secret behind her abs, attributing her enviable core strength to a concise yet effective 5-minute workout routine.

In a video shared on her Instagram, she stated, “5 MINUTE ABS! Every abdominal muscle will be engaged with these five workouts and I learned this through taking classes on @myopenfit app.” 

The workout regimen, designed to be a quick and efficient routine, involves performing each exercise for 30 seconds, creating a high-intensity circuit that can be repeated twice.

Beyond her commitment to exercise regimens, Kirkconnell is enthusiastic about an active outdoor lifestyle as she participates in a variety of outdoor activities. 

Her Instagram acts as a visual journal of her travels, frequently showcasing gorgeous scenery taken from the trails of her favorite hikes. 

Kirkconnell, who enjoys every season, loves the chilly winter months by switching from sneakers to skis and heading out onto the snowy slopes for thrilling skiing adventures. In summer, she enjoys beach days and boating to the fullest.

Kirkconnell has collaborated with a popular New York-based activewear brand 437 to create the New York Minute capsule. 

Acknowledging the importance of comfortable and fitting sportswear in boosting an individual’s workout regimen, she dedicated more than a year to curating the perfect collection. 

The 437 New York Minute capsule includes a unique piece inspired by her partner, Matt James —a hoodie aptly named “The Matt Hoodie.” 

In an E! interview, Kirkconnell shared the details of her collaboration, describing the collection as “comfy, lively, and flattering.” 

The spotlight, however, falls on “The V Leggings,” a standout piece in the collection. She distinguishes these leggings by highlighting their high-waisted v-waistband and v-dip back detail, specifically designed to flatter curves and accentuate the waist. 

Crafted from 437’s moisture-wicking Cloud fabric, these leggings provide comfort during workouts and are sustainably sourced. Unlike typical post-workout struggles, she expressed her comfort in these leggings, stating that she could wear them all day. 

The capsule is not limited to leggings; Kirkconnell also raved about the versatility of “The Tank” from her collection. Acting like a sports bra in terms of support, the tank stands out with its extended length, making it a perfect piece for post-workout errands without feeling overly exposed.
