It has been a year since Cooper Noreiga died, and his sister, Parker Noriega, is ready to talk about it.

Parker sat down with Sabrina Quesada on June 7, 2018, on her podcast BRUTALLY HONEST and talked about her brother’s death. The two talked about the backlash that they faced after Cooper died.

Parker revealed what people told her and did not let her mourn for her brother properly. They told her how she and Cooper were not close.

Moreover, they assumed that Cooper hated his sister and hence, attacked Parker for mourning her brother’s death. Paker debunked the assumption and assured them that she was close with her brother.

She gave the netizens opportunity to think about siblings and what they wanted but pointed out that many of them were not true. She revealed that the duo were best friends and they used to live together.

The siblings talked every single day, and Parker often checked up on Cooper. Moreover, Parker had talked with Cooper twice on the day he died.

She claimed that she did not have to justify her relationship with her late brother just because of the backlash she faced. It is evident that Parker misses and loves her brother a lot.

She stated that she would do anything to get her brother back. She also opened up about cutting people off after Cooper’s death.

Some people told her hurtful things about her brother and his passing, and as a result, Parker cut them off regardless of how close they were to her. After the podcast was released, fans sympathized with Parker and Quesada.

Quesada used to date Cooper before his death, and she was also the victim of backlash when she mourned for her ex-boyfriend. Fans noted that both of them did not deserve to get hate for the people they loved.

Moreover, netizens demanded various fanbases, like that of Nessa Barret, Jaden Hossler, and Josh Richards, to apologize to Parker and Quesada. At the time of writing, no one has apologized to the girls for the backlash they faced.

Cooper died on June 9, 2022. His body was discovered in a Burbank, California, parking lot just three weeks before his 20th birthday.

His cause of death was discovered in December 2022. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner ruled that the TikToker died due to the combined effects of fentanyl, lorazepam, and alprazolam (Xanax).

The coroner also mentioned his recent use of clonazepam, another anxiety medication, as a crucial factor in his death. The death of Cooper was deemed accidental, and the coroner verified that he died in a parking lot.

After Cooper’s death, Parker took to Instagram to pay tribute to her brother. On June 11, 2022, she uploaded a series of photos with her brother and wrote in a lengthy caption how much she missed him.

She wrote, “6/9/22…the day my entire world turned upside down forever… my sweet sweet baby brother…my blood..my best friend… my whole heart…the only person I loved more than anyone on this earth. My heart is shattered..this doesn’t feel real…I will never be the same.”

She revealed that Cooper struggled with addiction and mental health but was a kind soul to everyone. She thanked god for making her Cooper’s elder sister for 19 years.

Referring to her brother, she wrote, “ I know you’re watching down on me now…I feel it. I love you forever & ever…”
