Friends Again? Kylie Jenner and Jordyn Woods Are Apparently Back to Talking Terms

In a surprising turn of events, it now seems like Kylie Jenner and Jordyn Woods are working to heal their strained relationship. 

The Daily Mail recently released photographs that showed Kylie and the Woods having dinner in Los Angeles on July 15, 2023, marking a reunion four years after their very public fallout. 

The mother of two and the model initially met in 2012 through a mutual friend named Jaden Smith, and they quickly grew quite close. 

The two were practically inseparable and shared a home, and collaborated on numerous projects. In September 2018, the former best friends debuted the Kylie x Jordyn collection for Kylie Cosmetics. 

They also co-starred in the reality series Life With Kylie. In 2014, Woods made a notable appearance during Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s Italian wedding.

The two friends looked stunning, with Kylie wearing a chic black and white one-shouldered top and black pants, while Woods dazzled in a gorgeous red ensemble paired with a gold choker.

As they walked to dinner, Woods was seen flashing a wide smile, indicating that there may be a positive atmosphere between them while heading to a sushi restaurant.

The rollercoaster of their friendship reached a low point in 2019 when a bombshell cheating scandal involving Woods and Khloe Kardashian’s then-boyfriend Tristan Thompson emerged. 

While Woods denied that anything happened with Thompson, she later admitted to sharing a kiss with him during an interview on  in March 2019.

This caused her to fall out of favor with the Kardashians, which led to the end of her close relationship with Jenner.

During the Red Table Talk interview, the social media model detailed her side of the incident, explaining that she was drunk but still aware of what was happening. 

“I was drunk. I was not tipsy, I was drunk. But I was not beyond the point of recollection. I know where I was. But, on the way out [of Tristan’s house] he did kiss me,” Woods said. 

She described the kiss as being brief and without any emotional attachment, stating that the kiss was “No passion, no nothing.”

The fallout from the incident was intense, with Khloe publicly Woods of being the reason her family broke up. Jenner’s immediate response was to distance herself from Woods, leading to the end of their friendship. 

In June 2019, a source provided an update on Kylie and Woods’ strained connection months after the scandal and said, “Their relationship is on the road to recovery.”

However, in an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians in July 2019, Kylie talked about the fallout with her ex-best friend and expressed that she needed to grow without Woods’ constant presence. 

In 2021, during a Keeping Up With The Kardashians reunion with Andy Cohen, Khloe expressed forgiveness towards both Thopmson and Woods. 

She acknowledged that people make mistakes and that forgiveness is essential in moving forward, stating, “I think people make mistakes. People live and they learn. And I forgive both parties.”

Now, with the recent images of Kylie and Woods enjoying a girls’ night out, fans are left wondering if the former best friends are indeed rekindling their friendship.
