Tucker Carlson’s wife, Susan Andrews, born into a family of considerable influence, possesses a net worth estimated to be around 4 to 6 million dollars, which reflects her affluent background.

As the heiress of a lineage with substantial assets, she was exposed to a life of privilege and financial security from an early age.

Her father, Reverend George E. Andrews, held prominent positions in prestigious educational institutions, including being the headmaster at St. Patrick’s School in Washington.

When Susan and Tucker, a well-known television personality, tied the knot, it was not just a union of two individuals but also a merging of substantial financial legacies.

Their combined net worth is a result of entrepreneurial endeavors, real estate investments, and the significant financial foundations laid by Andrews’ family.

Susan’s father’s career path included serving as the chaplain at University Liggett School in Michigan and as the headmaster at St. Andrew’s School in Boca Raton, Florida.

In 2008, he founded G.E. Andrews & Associates, a company dedicated to serving Episcopal schools in chaplaincy search and placement.

However, the Andrews family has faced scrutiny, particularly Reverend, who was investigated by an Episcopal diocese in Florida in 2016. The investigation was initiated after allegations surfaced that he failed to report sexual abuse by a teacher during his tenure as headmaster at St. George’s School.

Despite firing the choirmaster for inappropriate sexual contact with a student, it was found that Reverend, following the advice of a school lawyer, never reported the abuse to authorities.

While his inaction did not appear to break the law under Rhode Island’s reporting laws, the investigation raised questions about the handling of such serious issues within educational institutions.

Tucker, on the other hand, has a $30 million net worth because of his work as a journalist and news reporter.

Tucker Carlson and Susan Andrews now live in Maine and Florida

Tucker and Susan, following their time living in Alexandria, Virginia, moved to Washington, D.C. The sale of their Washington, D.C. home was for a substantial $3.95 million in July 2020, as recorded in real estate documents

Presently, the couple’s real estate portfolio extends to include residences in both Maine and Florida. Reports from reputable sources such as The New York Times and The Sun Journal highlight Carlson’s notable presence in Maine, where he has reportedly constructed a studio near his residence.

In 2023, the couple made a significant real estate acquisition, purchasing a luxurious $5.5 million home on Gasparilla Island in Boca Grande, Florida, according to Dirt, a real estate news website.

The couple’s real estate ventures don’t end there, as Dirt also reported that they own an adjacent $2.9 million home.

How did Tucker Carlson and Susan Andrews meet?

Tucker and Susan’s love story began during their time at St. George’s School in Rhode Island, where Andrews’ father served as the headmaster.

As recounted in a 2000 article in People Magazine, Tucker shared his first impressions, describing Susan as “the cutest 10th grader in America.” Susan, in turn, noted the distinctive qualities that caught her attention, mentioning Tucker’s optimistic demeanor.

Their journey took a more serious turn when, as a senior at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, Tucker sought the permission of Susan’s father to marry her. Following the approval, the pair exchanged vows in 1991, marking the beginning of their married life.

Tucker Carlson and Susan Andrews share four children

Tucker and Susan share four children. Their son, Buckley Carlson, and three daughters, Dorothy Carlson, Lillie Carlson, and Hopie Carlson, form a close-knit family.

Despite the high-profile nature of his career in the media, the Carlson children have intentionally maintained a low public profile, refraining from commenting on politics or their father’s prominent role at Fox News.

In a 2014 newsletter from Camp Wawenock, a Maine children’s camp that the Carlson kids attended and that the family actively supported, Susan, using the name Susie Andrews Carlson, provided an update on their children’s activities.

At that time, Lillie was at UVA, Buckley was a junior at St. George’s, Hopie was in 8th grade, and Dorothy was in 5th grade. Following the update, Buckley went on to attend the University of Virginia, as reported by The Washington Post.

Notably, Tucker was involved in efforts to aid Buckley’s application to Georgetown University, seeking assistance from Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden.

After completing his education, Buckley delved into Republican politics. He served as a communications intern at the White House during the Trump administration in 2017.

Later assumed a role in congressional communications for GOP Representative Jim Banks of Indiana in 2019, according to LegiStorm. As per Politico, he is engaged to Kelsey Kilgore.

In a 2000 interview with People magazine, Andrews shared insights into Tucker’s parenting style, emphasizing his dedication to educating their children about essential aspects of American history.

Andrews noted that Carlson taught their children about July 4th, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights, emphasizing the importance of not taking freedoms for granted.
