The cast of ‘No Demo Reno’
The main cast of No Demo Reno is Todryk. She is the one who renovates the houses in the Dallas-Fort Worth region and calls all the shots.
She is the face of the HGTV show, and sometimes her kids and husband make a cameo. She shares three kids, Von, Berkley, and Vivienne, with her husband, Mike.
As of 2023, Todryk and Mike have been married for 12 years. Mike is a veteran and currently runs a coffee shop, Armor Coffee Co., named after Psalm 91:4, the soldier’s prayer.

Todryk told TV Insider how it was “super fun to have the family involved.”
She added, “Though at the end of the day, this is my thing, so if my kids don’t want to film or want to be a normal kid after school and watch TV rather than talk on a mic and be part of something I’m filming, then I never make them film.”
About ‘No Demo Reno’ Season 3
No Demo Reno Season 3 premiered on September 14, 2023. At the time of writing, the season is ongoing.
In No Demo RenoSeason 3, Todryk is prepared for anything — from projects that are near to her heart to those that have big setbacks.
In the first episode of the new season, she renovated a 1960s home for a family of five, integrating the updated areas with an organic modern style. She added functional storage, including a bespoke appliance cabinet, to the tiny kitchen.
She also installed a dramatic double vanity and bold floor tile in the bathroom, making it suitable for both children and visitors. In the upcoming episodes, Todryk’s beautiful details will be highlighted while she renovates various houses.
This includes a custom-constructed whisky cabinet and a dramatic butler’s pantry with porcelain tile counters while leaving the walls intact. Season 3 also covers her family’s next personal endeavor: the renovation and launch of their local brewery.
In an interview with TV Insider, Todryk mentioned how No Demo Reno Season 3 was different from the previous seasons. She said, “I know season 3 is definitely different from season 1, all in great and positive ways. Not only are my designs constantly changing as a designer as trends come and go but also the show in general.”
She also revealed that she became an executive producer of the HGTV show in Season 2 and in Season 3 too. Because of this, she was able to “change the tone a little bit and evolve the show into something that was more authentic to myself and my personality.”
Talking about difficulties in Season 3, Todryk said, “The biggest and hardest part about this is money does not stretch as far as it did when I started the journey.”
When she started her remodeling journey in 2019, little went a long way. But now, it is not the same.
“It is drastically different to the point where I can’t get anything for the fraction of what I paid my contractors in the first season. I’m really having to get crafty and creative, trying to find discounts and sell homeowner items for more money,” Todryk added.
She mentioned that Season 3 of the show was very near and dear to her heart. She was most excited about the finale episode and said, “Having clients that are so expressive whenever they see their home. I get a handful of those each season with really big personalities. The finale episode is just that.”
“I’m excited for the sweet ending to the season for sure. Happy tears and thankfulness,” she gushed.
