Cowell always referred to Seacrest as “Sweetheart,” and there were many other moments from their conversation that made fans doubt their sexuality.
The rumor was first initiated back in 2005 when Seacrest asked Cowell for advice on contestants’ high heels, to which the celebrity judge humorously replied that the former one should know.
