Former Miss New Jersey Teen USA Katrina Law, who is now an established actress, has been a regular cast of the CBS series NCIS. She has been playing the role of Jessica Knight since season 18 in 2021.

Her character Jessica Knight is an NCIS [Naval Criminal Investigative Service] Special Agent who is assigned to solve several high-profile cases.

Besides, she previously played the role of an officer in shows such as Hawaii Five-0 and The Oath.

With her playing such brave characters, Law also has the realization to keep herself fit and active to give her best in front of the camera. Hence, the actress has a set workout regime and diet.

Has Katrina Law undergone weight loss?

Because of her lean physique, many fans often assume she has undergone weight loss. However, the actress herself has never mentioned going through any weight loss journey.

That being said, her routine diet and workout keep her weight in check, along with keeping her healthy. And a quick look through her social media, as well as her work in various television series, shows her lifestyle and healthy physique.

According to Healthy Celeb, Law weighs around 56 kg or 123.5 lbs. In addition, she stands at the height of 5 feet 7 inches or 170 cm.

Katrina Law works out at home

During an interview with Muscle and Fitness in 2018, Law opened up about her physical roles and how she trained to prepare herself.

She shared that she went “old school” by working out with weights and “doing just one body part at a time.”

“For a while, I was doing a HIIT circuit. But sometimes with interval cardio, I find myself getting injured and wearing myself out a lot. When you’re working 14-hour days, you tend to break down. I found it easier to do very lazy, long cardio,” she added.

Moreover, when the interviewer asked if there was something she didn’t like about working out, Law mentioned that she hated driving through the LA traffic to get to the gym.

Therefore, she began working out at home. She said, “It’s much easier to motivate yourself when you have a [Bowflex] Max Trainer. It kicks your ass in 15 minutes and makes you sweat.”

Katrina Law has her own diet routine

In the same interview, Law revealed that she had been dieting off and on for the different shows she had been on.

Every day she makes sure she eats four to five times a day, and when she is working out, she eats a lot more sugar on the set.

“Cheetos just do me in. Or salt-and-vinegar chips. I’m really into crunchy things,” she revealed her cheat meals besides cakes.

Most recently, on May 30, 2023, Law also posted a picture of herself on Instagram, where she was taking a bite of a slice of pizza. She grabbed the pizza from Joe’s Pizza, a local pizza place in New York.

However, when she is home, she prefers to eat clean, including eggs, natural carbohydrates, and lots of vegetables.
